New to Grow
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with individuals of all ages. I support clients navigating infertility, pregnancy-related concerns, grief and loss, trauma, as well as depression and anxiety. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, and I have received specialized training in EMDR. I am committed to creating a supportive, compassionate space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered in their healing.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know one another and explore the concerns that brought you to therapy. I’ll ask about your current experiences and what you hope to achieve so we can begin shaping your goals together. This session also gives us a chance to discuss how I work, review any questions you have about the process, and start laying the foundation for your personalized plan moving forward. The focus is on building rapport, understanding your needs, and ensuring that our work together feels collaborative and supportive.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your unique experiences. I aim to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel safe exploring challenges and building insight. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, blending evidence-informed strategies with individualized care to help you reach your goals. I believe therapy is most effective when it honors your strengths and meets you where you are.
I work with adults and older adolescents who are ready to better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, low self-esteem, or relationship challenges and feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Using a collaborative, trauma-informed approach, I integrate evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, motivational interviewing, and CBT to help clients process past experiences, build effective coping skills, and strengthen their confidence. I believe healing happens when clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to move at their own pace. My goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves, develop greater emotional resilience, and create lives that align with their values rather than being defined by their past.
