After a career in the corporate world, I "reinvented" by going back to school to obtain a masters degree in counseling. I have worked at the VA, FL civil commitment prison, a psychiatric hospital and for the last five years counsel for a local hospital system serving a diverse population. Married, 5 kids, (3 adopted), cats and dogs, successes and failures in both business and personal life. I continue to learn how to navigate life's challenges and find meaning and purpose helping others. I practice CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, but believe the client's language should drive their journey. Being heard and understood is a partnership. Cultivating peace inside us allows us to see things as they really are. I pledge to always do my best for you.

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based out of the state of Florida. I received my Master's in Clinical Social Work from Walden University. I have been working with adolescents through senior adults since 2014. I help individual struggling with life stressors, change, adaptability, adjusting and internal and external pressures.

I am a licensed psychotherapist with a variety of clinical experiences. I have experience in helping clients with LGBTQIA + related issues, relationship issues, substance abuse, family conflicts, & motivation, self-esteem and confidence, traumas from physical and sexual abuse, personality disorders, depression, and anxiety.
