Hi, I’m Jessica Calabro, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in EMDR and trauma recovery. I help adolescents and adults manage anxiety, heal from the past, and reconnect with themselves. My choice to become a counselor was deeply personal. I wanted to offer the kind of support I once needed: compassionate, nonjudgmental, and human. My experience spans military, addiction, outpatient psychiatric, and medical settings, including equine therapy, so I’ve seen a lot and bring a grounded perspective to my work. Over the years, I’ve worked with people navigating trauma, anxiety, addiction, depression, grief, and life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood while we work together toward meaningful change.

I have over 10 years of experience working in mental health, and I have been in private practice for the last 5. I have spent the majority of my counseling career in community mental health, which has given me the skills to meet people where they are at, and to be able to work with a diverse client population. I have extensive training in the treatment of Postpartum Depression and Anxiety, anxiety disorders, phobias, eating disorders, and trauma/PTSD. I'm certified in EMDR, CBT, and integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities when working with clients. I grew up in the northeast, in a small town in rural Vermont. My family decided to relocate to southeast Georgia in 2023, and since then I have been providing telehealth therapy to clients throughout Georgia and Florida. I enjoy spending free time with my two children, my husband, and close friends and family. I enjoy being active and being outdoors as much as possible.

Hello, I am Teresa! Are you looking for a therapist who will help you find a better balance in your life? If that sounds like you, I am the Therapist for you! I believe in the importance of building rapport with clients. I want my clients to feel as comfortable as possible, and I do my best to achieve this by using a client-centered approach. My name is Nicole Nonclerc, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Master's Level Certified Addictions Professional (MCAP), and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) in Florida with 10+ years' experience in mental health and addiction treatment. I have worked with clients of all ages, from early childhood through elderly adults, and am comfortable treating a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders. I have also helped clients who need assistance navigating difficult systems of care such as drug court, DCF agencies, and foster care. I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Florida State University, and my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. I recently completed my PhD in Criminal Justice at Nova Southeastern University, as well. My counseling style tends to be solution-focused and interactive. I believe that, although a therapist does bring skills and techniques to the sessions, clients are still the experts of their own lives and solutions should fit within the client’s unique lifestyle, values, and views. My approach combines multiple therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral, motivational enhancement, and humanistic approaches in order to create a unique plan of action for each client. I recognize that making the decision to pursue counseling as a method of making positive changes in your life is daunting, but if you are ready to improve your life, even if you’re not sure where to begin, then I am happy to support and encourage you along this journey! Please note, due to conflicts of interest, I will not treat anyone who is living in, has a civil or legal case in, or is associated in any way with Hillsborough County, Florida.

Are you experiencing stress, worry, racing thoughts, impaired sleep, feeling on edge, heart racing, nightmares, or/and flashbacks? Do you replay moments in your head? My specialty is helping women uncover the root of their problems and empowering them with tools to regain balance, calm, and confidence. You don’t have to face it all alone. Let me help you on this journey! Imagine yourself empowered, as we find recurring themes and self-defeating patterns. You will discover ways to overcome fear and other emotional obstacles. My experience and training help us to quickly identify key issues, unconscious factors and ways to resolve them. My primary focus is on helping women find balance and peace after experiencing trauma, navigating through life transitions and unhealthy relationships. I can work with you to develop healthy coping skills and gain insight. I love to help others feel at peace and whole again. If there is one thing that I would like for you to know is that the most crucial part of therapy is to find a therapist that you trust. I am a Latina Christian woman who loves serving my community wholeheartedly; with no judgement. Let me help you reclaim your voice, your confidence, and your sense of direction. I am an Illinois and Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who has extensive experience working with individuals, groups, couples, and families. I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University, where the prominent perspective was person-centered therapy. I have worked with several different client populations including couples with marriage difficulties, adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and other life adjustment issues, physically and sexually abused adolescents and adults, adolescents with mental health issues related to school, home, adjustment, or mental illness, and even adolescents and adults on the verge of suicide. In working with these populations, I have gained vast experience in family dynamics and feel it is important to focus on the whole system, especially when a child is involved. I have also been trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and I feel many adults and adolescents could greatly benefit from learning these skills. God is our ultimate counselor and His word is referenced and prayed from as part of the healing process.
