Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. Hi, I'm Jacob. I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can work together to understand what you're carrying, build on your strengths, and help you move toward lasting healing.
My passion for this work comes from my own life experiences. As a young person, I lived through significant trauma, including abuse and profound loss. Like many people, I searched for ways to cope before I had healthy support. My healing journey began when I started serving others, which eventually led me to become an EMDR therapist. Experiencing EMDR for myself transformed the way I understood healing and inspired me to pursue advanced training and certification.
Today, I use EMDR alongside a client-centered approach, always meeting you where you are. I believe healing is possible, even when it doesn't feel that way right now. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels comfortable while helping you process difficult experiences, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change in your life.

Hello, I'm Kristen Price, an LCSW with experience helping individuals navigate life's most challenging transitions. My background in medical social work has given me extensive experience supporting people coping with chronic illness, caregiver stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I utilize evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients gain insight, identify practical solutions, and move toward their goals. It is my belief that therapy should be a supportive space where clients feel heard and understood in addition to being challenged to grow.
Hi, I'm Grace! If you're feeling overwhelmed, unheard, or exhausted from trying to manage everything on your own, therapy can be a place to find support, understanding, and relief. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, intense emotions, or patterns of behavior that no longer serve you. Maybe you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or simply looking for a space where you can finally talk openly about what you're experiencing. Whatever brings you here, I'm glad you're taking this step.
My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. In our work together, you can expect a compassionate, judgment-free space where we'll explore what's contributing to your struggles, identify your strengths, and build practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges.
I take a whole-person approach to therapy, recognizing that your experiences, relationships, environment, and personal history all play a role in your mental health. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, which is why I focus on meeting you where you are and tailoring therapy to your unique needs and goals.
Whether you want to better manage difficult emotions, reduce distressing symptoms, improve relationships, or make changes in behaviors that are holding you back, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you. You are the expert on your life, but you don't have to do it alone. I would be honored to support you along the way.
