I have 36 years of experience and have written two books: "Bipolarized" and "Borderline" -- one on bipolar disorder and the other on borderline personality disorder. Many clients gain insight into their disorders through reading my books and identifying a list of issues to work on in therapy. Hypnotherapy is extremely valuable and I ask clients to record the sessions to listen to the recording every day. This reinforces positive messages to improve self-esteem, reduce anxiety, stress and depression and identify relevant issues on a subconscious level.
