Veronica Montoya has experience working with all ages, including adults, young adults, teens/adolescents, and children. She has worked with people in a broad range of areas, including anxiety, depression, substance use, parent-child relationships, self-esteem, decision-making issues, and body image issues. The most important aspect of my work with you will be to build a positive, trusting therapeutic relationship in which we can together work through whatever difficulties you may be facing. Being a therapist is my first career. I studied psychology with a minor in Spanish for my bachelor's degree and have a master's degree in mental health counseling (which led to me becoming a licensed mental health counselor). There are many reasons I am well-suited to be a therapist but to begin, I am nonjudgmental, caring, empathetic, and open. I have worked in a variety of areas, including private practice, residential treatment centers with adults and teens, and specialized therapeutic foster care with children. I have also worked with everyone from infants and toddlers to seniors. These various settings help me take a holistic approach when working with my clients.

Hello and welcome. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida and a certified Trauma-Informed Care therapist with 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and am currently pursuing my doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University. I believe therapy works best when clients feel respected, empowered, and safe to speak openly about what is—and isn’t—working. My therapeutic style is integrative, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, psychodynamic, and psychoeducational approaches. Some sessions call for deep reflection, while others benefit from practical tools and strategies—and I tailor our work to your unique needs and goals. You can understand exactly why you keep doing something and still feel completely stuck in it. With 20 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adults who are tired of repeating patterns that no longer work for them. My style is active, relational, practical, and conversational. We look beyond what happened to what keeps happening—what activates the pattern, what keeps it going, and where we can actually interrupt it. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, neurodivergence, relationship difficulties, serious illness, major life transitions, and burnout from carrying too much for too long. I’m LGBTQ+ affirming and welcoming of diverse identities, sexualities, and non-traditional relationship structures. I’m genuinely open-minded about how people build relationships and live their lives. You’re unlikely to shock me, and vanilla is certainly not a requirement for admission. You don’t have to clean yourself up for therapy. Bring the contradictions, questionable decisions, weird relationship dynamics, dark humor, 47 tabs of self-help information, and the thing you’re pretty sure will make me judge you. I probably won’t. My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, motivational interviewing, attachment-based work, somatic and nervous-system awareness, mindfulness, behavioral strategies, and psychoeducation. I’m endlessly curious about what makes people tick, and I translate therapy concepts into normal language. I’m warm and supportive, but I’m not a therapist who just nods and agrees with everything you say. I’ll believe you about your experience while sometimes lovingly questioning the story your brain has built around it. I’ll notice patterns, contradictions, play devil’s advocate, and help turn insight into something useful outside the therapy room. We’ll probably laugh in therapy, sometimes about things that objectively aren’t funny. Humans are weird. Therapeutic fit matters enormously to me, and I have no ego about being the right therapist for everyone.

Welcome I’m Ellen Johnson, LCSW, a therapist who works with adults who have insight—but still feel caught in old emotional patterns. You may understand the “why” behind your reactions and still find it hard to do something different when it matters most. My work is grounded in curiosity, not judgment. Together, we explore what drives your responses, what safety means to you, and how to create lasting change that doesn’t depend on willpower alone. You don’t have to start with confidence—just with willingness.

Hi, its nice to meet you. I have been a therapist for a decade now. Before being a therapist, I spent 20 years in Healthcare Administration with 17 of those in management. I share this because I understand the stress that comes with the "corp" world and management. After 20 years, I decided to change careers and utilize my skills in coaching and mentoring. I received my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I am a health and wellness focused licensed professional counselor, so I spend time talking about how to balance your life, your stress, and ensure you are having some fun in your life. Therapeutically I'm very eclectic. I use different techniques based on your needs. That being said, yes, I use CBT, DBT, REBT, talk therapy, and assessments as most therapists do. My primary focus is all types of Anxiety, ADHD testing in adults, Executive Functioning, Self-Confidence, Life Changes, and Couples/Relationship Counseling. I do have a "day job" so the work I do through Grow is part time, evening and most Saturdays.

Hi there, I'm Jenni! Feeling stuck and frustrated? Struggling to deal with the loss of a loved one? Trying to find balance in your life while coping with chronic illness? Expecting an upcoming change? Not able to sleep or stay on top of things in your life? I am here to help! Therapy cannot be effective if we are not meeting your specific needs and goals. I want to meet you where you are and together identify a path forward. I want to understand you, your values, and your background while also giving you solution-focused interventions you can utilize to make changes. If talking it through without homework is the way you want to go, that is fine too! We are all capable of change and moving forward but sometimes it is the dialogues in our head, relationships, or other factors that are getting in our way. Therapy is a great place to work through those and be more connected with what you value in your life. Let's work together!

Thank you for taking the time to learn about me. Whether you are exploring therapy for yourself or as a couple, for the first time or returning to it, let us acknowledge the courage and humility it takes to seek support outside of yourself - a powerful step toward healing, growth, and change. You may be navigating stress, loss, disconnection, conflict, anger, depression, anxiety, a difficult event, or living with trauma. You may already have insight into your challenges and are looking for the right support to nudge you forward. You are here. I have been a mental health service provider since 2004, after earning my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida. I'm currently pursuing a doctorate in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at Nova Southeastern University, where my research focuses on relational resonance, relationships, and reconciliation in conflict resolution. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based practices, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance & Commitment, Mindfulness, Interpersonal, Humanistic and Client-Centered, Psychodynamic therapeutic modalities, among others. While theory and technique are crucial, I believe the heart of therapy lies in genuine human connection. I sit with you. I listen to understand your unique lived experiences. I support you. Through questioning, you are guided to the answers you seek; with your permission, I offer different perspectives and encouragement as you do the meaningful work of change. We build a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, honesty, and collaboration. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your path to greater well-being.

Hi, I’m Cinthya! I'm a Florida-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker working exclusively with adults ages 18+ for individual therapy. I do not work with minors, couples, or families at this time. In order to give you a glimpse of who I am and if we are a good fit, here are some of the points I believe in and stress with my clients: 1. Perfectionism doesn’t exist. 2. You’re stronger and more resilient than you think. 3. No one knows your life like you do. Only you know your truth. 4. Everyone can reach their goals and find the peace they deserve. 5. It takes courage to admit we need help and seek it. 6. Change starts with awareness. 7. There are many ways to see the same situation—challenge your perspective. 8. It’s okay to make mistakes. You’re human and that is a part of life. 9. Emotions are valid, even if they seem "wrong." What matters is how you respond. 10. Your worth is not determine by your productivity and/or how much you do for others. You are deserving of love and respect. With all of that said, my job is not to tell you how to live your life—I’m here to help you overcome your challenges while gaining a greater understanding of yourself.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, constantly overthinking, or emotionally drained—you’re not alone. I help individuals who are struggling with anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, and relationship stress learn how to feel more in control and confident in their daily lives. Many of my clients are high-functioning but feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, or emotional exhaustion. They’re used to carrying everything on their own and don’t always have the tools to slow their thoughts or regulate their emotions. In our work together, we focus on what’s actually keeping you stuck—and more importantly, how to change it. You’ll learn practical skills to manage anxiety, quiet overthinking, set healthy boundaries, and respond differently in situations that usually overwhelm you. My approach is structured, supportive, and goal-oriented. I use evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy to help you create real, lasting change—not just temporary relief. If desired, I also offer a Christian, faith-based perspective. If you’re ready for therapy that is both supportive and practical, I’m here to help you build clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of control.

Everyone thinks you have it together. You show up for work. You take care of your family. You handle what needs to be done. Yet underneath it all, you’re exhausted. You find yourself overthinking, worrying about everyone else, feeling disconnected from who you used to be, or wondering why life feels so much harder than it should. Maybe you’ve spent so much time being strong for everyone else that you’ve forgotten what you need. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. For over 23 years, I’ve helped adults navigate anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the overwhelming pressure of trying to hold everything together. My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Together, we’ll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, develop effective coping strategies, and help you reconnect with yourself so life feels more manageable and meaningful again. Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. Sometimes it begins with one conversation and the decision to stop carrying everything alone.
