I have had the opportunity to work with families, individuals and couples (English and Spanish speaking) of diverse backgrounds in helping them through concerns such as grief, parent-child conflict, intergenerational conflict, trauma, depression, anxiety and so on. My therapeutic and advocacy experience has reinforced in me the value of helping others gain insight and implement strategies to move towards positive change.

I work with the client's envisioned goals in mind first and foremost. I want to be able to build upon someone's strengths and eliminate feelings of inferiority. I like to help people work towards the best version of themselves and to gain independence by pushing past their limitations.
