New to Grow
I am a clinical social worker with experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and families in school and community settings. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, stress, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. I take a strengths-based, collaborative approach, integrating CBT and solution-focused techniques to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and capable of meaningful change always today.
In our first session, clients can expect a supportive and welcoming environment where we focus on getting to know each other and understanding their concerns. We will discuss current challenges, relevant history, and goals for therapy. I will answer any questions about the process and begin developing a collaborative plan tailored to their needs and overall well-being.
My greatest strengths include building strong therapeutic relationships, active listening, and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients. I am empathetic, collaborative, and strengths-based in my approach. I am skilled at helping clients identify practical coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and work toward meaningful goals while supporting them through anxiety, stress, behavioral concerns, and life transitions.
