Hello, I am a licensed mental health counselor currently licensed in Florida, Idaho, New Jersey, Nevada, Indiana, Wisconsin, Colorado New Hampshire, South Carolina, and Vermont. I have 10+ years of experience with all ages. I love to do parent training for people who struggle with their children regardless of their mental health, neurological, or developmental condition. My first love is behavior therapy for people with autism however, I have extensive experience in mental health and substance use disorders or all severities.

I am a LPC working with individuals to empower them towards growth and a life of greater flourishing. I find that the therapeutic space offers the safety to gain tools, awareness and insight and a supportive relationship to work on interpersonal growth through 60 minute therapeutic sessions. I offer a wide range of interventions and lean on CBT, EMDR, DBT and trauma informed, person centered theoretical orientations for best practice in therapy.
