Across my years in the mental health field, I’ve learned that codependency, attachment wounds, and identity-shifting survival patterns don’t just affect our thoughts — they shape our nervous system, our relationships, and the way we move through the world. Healing isn’t just psychological; it’s emotional, somatic, and deeply spiritual. My work integrates all three. I help individuals understand the parts of themselves that learned to over-function, people-please, or over-attach for safety, and guide them toward a life led by inner alignment, self-trust, and grounded confidence rather than fear.

DISCLAIMER: Please do not book me based off of ratings or reviews. Your experience with me will be personal and UNIQUE to YOUR needs, not someone else's needs or experience. Please book me if you perceive I am the right TOOL to use and help you reach your INDIVIDUAL goals. Book me if you are seeking an action-oriented therapist who provides HOMEWORK! Book me if you have insight about your situation, some history with therapy, are seeking solution-focused steps, and are not seeking someone to solely affirm you. I may or may not be the best therapist for newcomers (depends on you) as I ask a lot of questions, which can overwhelm you if you are not used to being questioned. Questioning is to understand you and get to the root of the problem, as well as the excuses used to perpetuate the problem. I am not interested in treating symptoms but rather getting to the core of the problem. If you don't want to do the work, I am just an expensive "Friend". So please be sure that you understand my style before booking me ;-). I am warm, DIRECT, solution-focused, AUTHENTIC, mildly confrontational, 100% Raw/Real and guaranteed to make you laugh as I have often heard from clients that I am funny :-) I won't lie to you or co-sign lies you tell yourself. I will gently reflect what you are not saying and what you are not showing so that you can explore for yourself. The only way out of pain is through. Not above, below, around but through.. The good news is you are not alone and don’t have to do it alone. Utilize the resources offered in this collaborative effort in creating the life (mind, body, & soul) you deserve.

Life can be complicated, and sometimes we find ourselves in places we never expected to be. Maybe you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated with patterns in your life or relationships. Maybe you have a pretty good idea of what's not working, but figuring out what to do differently is another story. Or maybe you're not quite sure what's going on, you just know something needs to change. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don't have to have it all figured out before you start. I offer online therapy for adults throughout California. We all need and deserve to feel seen, heard, understood, and accepted for who we are. Having a place where you can talk openly, sort through your thoughts and feelings, and explore parts of yourself you may not have had room for before can be incredibly powerful. Finding the right therapist is personal. Sometimes you just get a feeling that someone is a good fit, and I encourage you to trust that. Whether that's with me or someone else, you deserve to find a connection where you feel comfortable being yourself.

Hi! I'm a licensed MFT based in Pasadena, CA (but practicing via Telehealth.) I received my masters from the University of Southern California in 2014 and cut my teeth working with young people and their families around LA. My education, training and experience have taught me more than just how to treat relationship issues, emotional disorders, and behavioral problems; I'm also acutely aware of the cultural contexts that shape my clients. I practice from a lens that is social justice-oriented, anti-racist, and affirming of all identities, and recognize that systemic issues like discrimination, racism, and oppression significantly impact mental health. I am comfortable treating many issues, but specialize in working with ADHD, "people pleasing," the "inner critic," and parenting.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and first-generation Filipino American, I bring a culturally sensitive approach to guiding individuals toward healing, resilience, and personal growth. I specialize in trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), EMDR, and Brainspotting—advanced, evidence-based interventions designed to address the root causes of trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression. With experience working with individuals from various backgrounds, I’m passionate about helping clients process life-altering events, break free from past trauma, challenge unhelpful core beliefs, and manage ongoing stress. My mission is to empower clients to build meaningful lives and strengthen their relationships. Are you feeling stuck under the weight of addiction, anxiety, or depression? Are emotional blocks keeping you from living the life you want? You do not need to go through each day merely trying to survive —you can thrive in life! Therapy is a compassionate, non-judgmental space where healing can flourish, and you can learn to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and self-awareness. Healing is possible, with just a little persistence, and hope. I am here to support you every step of the way! I have been a Licensed Clinical Psychologist for 20 years, and I continue to find meaning in helping people better understand themselves, work through difficult experiences, and create positive change in their lives. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel uncomfortable, especially if this is your first experience with counseling. My goal is to make therapy feel like a safe, supportive conversation where you can be yourself, speak openly, and know that you will be heard without judgment. I approach each client with empathy, compassion, acceptance, and unconditional positive regard. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship begins by creating an environment where you feel comfortable discussing what is happening in your life at your own pace. Together, we can identify what is causing distress, understand the patterns that may be contributing to it, and develop practical tools for moving forward. Over the past two decades, I have worked with individuals experiencing a wide range of psychological and psychiatric concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anger and emotional regulation difficulties, personality disorders, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder. I am comfortable working with both everyday life challenges and more complex mental health concerns. My approach to therapy is individualized and collaborative because no single method works for everyone. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, Existential Therapy, and Reminiscence Therapy based on each client’s needs and goals. Therapy should provide more than a place to talk. My role is to help you develop greater self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, improve relationships, recognize your strengths, and build practical skills that can be used outside of our sessions. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or seeking greater stability and fulfillment, we will work together toward lasting progress.

I’m a Latino therapist who specializes in working with trauma, identity, and the emotional weight that comes from growing up in high-stress environments. I help people make sense of patterns rooted in past experiences — whether that’s family dysfunction, grief, street violence, or cultural pressure — so they can move through life with more clarity and less emotional reactivity. My style is honest, direct, and grounded. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and listens — I’ll challenge you when needed and help you get to the core of what’s keeping you stuck. I work especially well with first-generation men, individuals processing childhood or gang-related trauma, and those navigating the tension between cultural loyalty and personal growth. I’ve spent the last five years working across community mental health, jail reentry, and school-based settings — including the LA County Department of Mental Health, homeless outreach in South Central, and now as a therapist in a middle school. My approach is shaped by both clinical training and real-life experience supporting clients in some of the most challenging situations.

Hi, I’m Angie. Are you ready to make some positive changes that will improve your life? Maybe you’re suffering from depression, or anxiety is imposing limitations on how you live your life. Your journey and the life experience that led you here can be complicated, multidimensional, and diverse. I believe the approach to your psychotherapy should be as dynamic as you are and shouldn’t be limited to a “one theory fits all” methodology. You don’t have to face these challenges alone.

I received my Bachelors of Arts in Communications and Master’s of Science in Marriage Family Child Therapy from California State University, Fresno. I am also a semester from graduating with my second Master’s of Science degree in Psychology. Throughout college, I was able to represent Fresno State University as a member of the collegiate rodeo team. This was extremely special to me, as the Central Valley has been my home since the day I was born. I grew up in a small town called Lemoore, California on my family’s 100-acre cattle ranch, which was home to my family, my cousins, uncles, aunts, and grandmother and grandfather. I have been with my college sweetheart for six years now and have been married for a little over a year. With this said, I can relate to the complexity of family dynamics and interpersonal relationships, as well as the effect that they can have on our lives. My passion lies in supporting individuals because I believe that each individual has their own integral part of the human experience. Each individual is unique, bringing their own set of morals, beliefs, triggers, traumas, and more. In my role as a therapist, my objective is to assist every individual in crafting the best possible life path for themselves.

I am passionate about providing IFS and EMDR therapies to queer and trans people. Serving my community as a queer therapist is one of my main life purposes. I do this work because I am committed to liberation for all people. I believe that none of us are free until ALL of us are free, and I bring a queer and intersectional lens to my work. As survivor of religious trauma and Intimate Partner Violence, I specialize in helping clients find and trust their own intuition. Sometimes my clients love to use tarot or astrology as a framework to discuss their development; I welcome alternative spiritual practices!

Hello, I was born and raised in Stockton, California. I enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps at the age of 17 and in 1997, after 25 yeas of service, I retired from the Marine Corps as a Master Sergeant. After retiring from the Marine Corps, I worked as a Farrier (Horseshoer), as well as a structural welder (Ironworker), as those were the most marketable skill that I had. I came to a point where old injuries came back to haunt me and I could no longer walk (several years later, thanks to a surgery through the VA, I can walk again; thankful for that). At this point, I changed professions and out of a desire to work with veterans, I returned to school, accomplishing all that was necessary to become a licensed counselor. I spent another career working for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically as a counselor in the Readjustment Counseling Service (Vet Center). I recently retired from the Vet Center and now I work part-time here with Grow Therapy. As a retired Marine senior staff Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) and disabled combat veteran myself, the Vet Center was the perfect job. Vet Centers provide readjustment counseling to combat veterans and provide counseling to survivors of military sexual trauma (MST). Vet Centers also provide group counseling, bereavement counseling and couples counseling when this is determined to be of support to the veteran. Readjustment counseling many times consists of treating/addressing symptoms related to post-traumatic stress (PTSD), I.e., anxiety, depression, exaggerated startle response, hypervigilance, sleep disturbance, etc. Many veterans go on to work as first responders and working with many first responders as well as medical personal, has provided me with a great deal of additional experience.
