I am a straight-forward but empathic therapist, who also appreciates the same from her clients. I also believe in the social work mission of starting where the client is, so sessions are based upon that analogy. I have experience in many areas, including hospital, foster care, group homes, forensics, Veterans, home health, etc. I received my Masters of Social Science Administration from Case Western Reserve Univerity, and my Doctorate of Psychology from California Southern University. Although I have a doctorate degree, my scope of practice does not fall under psychological testing, pharmacological practices, nor community services. I only do individual therapy so if you need case management (such as letters), family/couples therapy, psychologicial testing, or medication, please refer to those licensed or practicing in those areas.
Hello, I am Guadalupe T. Rios, LCSW, licensed in California with professional work experience of 25 years. I have experience in helping clients in coping with childhood/adult trauma, grief and loss, intimate partner violence, military trauma, addictions, racism and work related stress. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement. Taking the first step in seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I welcome the opportunity to support you in this journey.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who understands that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable—especially when you are used to handling everything on your own. You may be feeling anxious, discouraged, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or simply aware that something in your life needs to change. You do not need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy.
My style is warm, honest, collaborative, and practical. Therapy is your journey, and you remain at the center of it. My role is to walk alongside you—offering a safe place to speak openly, meaningful insight, and practical support as you create lasting change and move toward a life that feels healthier, more connected, and authentically yours.
.I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and attachment-based approaches, tailoring our work to your needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. Together, we can better understand what is keeping you stuck, recognize your strengths, and develop tools that help you feel more regulated and attuned.
I believe therapy works best when you feel understood as a whole person—not simply as a diagnosis or list of symptoms. I’m less focused on what’s “wrong” and more interested in what you’ve been through, how it has shaped you, and how those experiences may influence the way you cope, connect, and move through life.
My approach is warm, curious, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I work with adults who have experienced trauma in many forms, including childhood trauma, interpersonal violence, abuse, neglect, traumatic loss, accidents, medical trauma, and other experiences that have left them feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. I also support people navigating the lasting effects of trauma, including anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship difficulties, attachment wounds, and challenges with self-worth or emotional regulation.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to your needs, goals, and what feels most helpful. Together, we’ll create a space where you can feel accepted, better understand yourself, and gently challenge patterns that may be keeping you from the life or relationships you want. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more grounded, connected, and authentically yourself.
Hi! Welcome to my practice! I offer therapy as a calm, supportive space where you can slow down and feel genuinely heard. With over 15 years of experience, I’ve helped individuals move through anxiety, depression, hurt, and major life transitions. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical—focused on helping you feel grounded and capable of meaningful change.
I use evidence‑based approaches like DBT, CBT, and Problem‑Solving Therapy to build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and support personal growth. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, understand patterns that no longer serve you, and practice tools that help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Therapy with me is welcoming and human. You don’t need to have the perfect words or a polished story—just a willingness to show up as you are. My hope is that each session leaves you feeling supported, understood, and more connected to your own strength.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I have experience supporting adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, and employment-related challenges. I draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on your needs, while keeping our work personal and realistic. Most importantly, I want you to feel that you have a safe space to be honest, process what you’re going through, and work toward meaningful change.
Life is hard. Adulting is relentless. It’s so easy to lose focus on yourself when you are so busy with work, paying bills, and caring for others. You go from feeling that slight tinge of pride in being needed at first to stressed and anxious, then frustrated and overwhelmed, to finally depressed, resentful...and dare I say hopeless. Running in this rat race of life can feel lonely, but you are not alone, and you certainly do not have to go through this alone. Sometimes stigma and fear of not wanting to burden friends/family with your problems can discourage you from reaching out for help.
Enter....me!.....Hello! My name is Christine. I am a licensed clinical social worker who has provided individual and group therapy to kids ages 6-18, college students, and adults. I've also treated patients in a psychiatric hospital experiencing homicidal/suicidal/psychotic crisis. I have experience with perinatal/postpartum depression and anxiety for both moms and dads.
I like to use relatability and humor in keeping conversations real while developing an open and honest relationship with my clients. I specialize in work/life burnout, anxiety, stress, depression, recovering from divorce, crisis, grief, parenting struggles, and perinatal/postpartum depression (having gone through it twice myself).
My approach is client-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused. It's scary sharing your innermost thoughts and allowing yourself to be vulnerable. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, safe space where you can unpack life’s stress with someone who is non-judgmental, accepting, honest, and empathetic, so you feel heard and seen. You matter.
I would be honored to collaborate with you to listen with compassion, guide you in identifying and understanding your behavior and thought patterns, educate you on why/how that happens, teach coping skills, and help you prioritize yourself while creating meaningful and positive change. Because you deserve it.
I'm Tanner Furgeson, and I believe that therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine, collaborative relationship. My approach is client-centered, which means I want to understand your experiences, relationships, and what is most important to you. I see my role as walking with you as we explore what may be getting in the way of the changes you want to make. I hope to create a space where you can feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself.
My practice helps adults handle distress by providing empathy and somatic, insight-oriented support. Being human can feel overwhelming: especially when you're carrying anxiety, trauma, challenges with substance use, or navigating a major life transition. Maybe you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or exhausted from holding everything together, even when you might look fine.

I work with the LGBTQQIPA+ individuals, partners and allies who are between the ages of 20-50. I offer specialties in ADHD, Anxiety, Stress, Bi-Polar Disorder, Identity Exploration, Relationship Challenges and those in the midst of Life Transitions.
I work with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Mindful Self-Compassion and Strengths-based therapy to navigate with my client as they take the reins in processing material and learning to cope.
I believe in consent-based therapy with open lines of communication. Also, I am very open to hearing when an insight may or may not resonate. We work collaboratively in order to find what best supports you.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m just a regular person who enjoys a good laugh, real conversations, and finding the little things that make life a little brighter. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff, intimidating, or like you’re sitting across from someone taking notes on everything you say. It can be a space where you can show up as your authentic self—messy days, awkward moments, breakthroughs, and all.
I’m a dedicated practitioner committed to helping people feel supported, understood, and empowered in their own lives. My practice is grounded in a thoughtful, compassionate approach that recognizes each person’s individual experiences, strengths, and goals. My goal is to help you understand yourself better, find ways to cope with challenges, and build a happier life.
My vision in life is to help people understand and be changed by the fact that they are precious, valuable, and loved. What we believe about ourselves shapes the thoughts we have and the decisions we make, so my goal is always to start with identity since everything flows from that. When we learn how God truly views us, we have the ability to gain renewed perspective and tools for how to deal with the anxiety, depression, and other turmoil life brings.

Life can be full of challenges that leave us floundering. Are you feeling a lack of self-confidence and questioning your purpose? Let me help you get back on track. For 40 years I have worked with people navigating postpartum depression/anxiety, grief, caregiving, illness, family upheaval, and the kind of loss that shapes everything. My own chapters: postpartum depression/anxiety, cancer in 2009, losing my husband to dementia in 2020, navigating adult children on my own, dealing with lots of time alone with no distractions. My own experiences have given me the depth of understanding that I bring directly into this work. I believe people are more resilient than they know. If you are ready to find that in yourself, I would be honored to walk that path with you.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in supporting women through some of life’s most significant transitions and challenges. I work particularly with seniors, postpartum mothers, and spiritually minded women who are searching for greater purpose, meaning, and direction. I wrote a book for new moms and also have taught Kabbalah. I have been practicing as a psychotherapist since 1985 and have gained lots of wisdom from my own experiences of being a widow and caregiver, a cancer survivor, a mother and a spouse. It seems that in my profession, the older we therapists are, the more we are able to help.

Hello! My name is Ari. My pronouns are they/them/theirs.
I have been practicing therapy for 5 years, and have worked with neurodivergent children and adults for 10+ years.
Some things I love the most are: good food, weird art, and my little Maltipoo.
I am a good fit for children, teens, or adults who are autistic, have symptoms of ADHD/ADD, and other mental health symptoms.
I’m a warm, direct, and down-to-earth therapist who believes therapy should feel like a genuine human relationship rather than a cold or overly clinical experience. My approach is rooted in feminist and existential therapy, which means we’ll look not only at what you’re experiencing internally, but also at how relationships, family patterns, societal expectations, identity, and your lived experiences have shaped you. I value humor, curiosity, honesty, and creating a space where you don’t have to edit yourself. My goal isn’t to tell you how to live your life, but to help you understand yourself more deeply, recognize patterns that may no longer serve you, and build a life that feels authentic and meaningful to you.
I’m a psychotherapist and LCSW with a PhD from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis. I spent more than 10 years teaching & conducting mental health research before focusing fully on clinical work, and I’ve provided psychotherapy in settings ranging from outpatient to inpatient care. I work with adults, including older adults, and specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, trauma and stress (including religious trauma), substance use, existential issues, LGBTQ+ concerns, and men’s issues. My communication style

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship challenges, life transitions, and patterns that can leave them feeling stuck or disconnected. My style is warm, down-to-earth, compassionate, and collaborative. I listen deeply without judgment while also offering honest reflection, insight, and practical tools to help you create meaningful change.
Many people come to therapy believing something is wrong with them. I approach things differently. I believe our emotional struggles, coping strategies, and relationship patterns often make much more sense when we understand the experiences that shaped them. Rather than simply focusing on symptoms, I help clients become curious about what is happening beneath the surface, why certain patterns developed, how they may have helped you cope or protect yourself, and whether they are still serving you today.
Therapy with me is a place where you can show up as you are. You don’t need to have everything figured out, know exactly what to say, or pretend that everything is okay. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-understanding, reconnecting with your strengths, developing healthier ways of coping and relating, and creating changes that feel meaningful and sustainable in your life.
Inner peace comes when we accept ourselves, live in the present, find hope for the future and consciously choose how we respond to the world around us. Let’s embark on this healing journey together because you are truly worth it! My theoretical framework is whole person focused (biological, psychological, social and spiritual), client centered, strength based and is collaborative/relational in nature. I have found that our laughter is healing, our tears are cleansing, and our human diversity is amazing. I look forward to working with you!

My name is Jeffrey Yeom, and I'm a 1.5-generation Korean-American therapist. I believe one of our deepest human needs is to understand and to be understood. That's why I do this work: to help you realize you don't have to navigate life alone. My practice centers on decolonizing mental health, which means freeing you from values imposed by dominant culture so you can reconnect with what truly matters to you. I take time to learn your background, identity, and cultural world, then weave that understanding into rituals, traditions, and self-care practices that honor who you are. Together, we'll explore the emotions that point toward your truest values and gently rewrite patterns that no longer serve you. I work from an emotion-focused, attachment-based, and psychodynamic approach. In my sessions, I invite you to show up exactly as you are. We'll explore the relationships and experiences that have shaped you with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment. If you're looking for a space where your whole story can belong, I hope you reach out. Many of my clients carry stories shaped by migration, acculturation, or family expectations. You're not alone in navigating these.
My name is Marie Patterson and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 10 years of experience helping people navigate trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety. I have extensive experience as a social worker and in the education system supporting children, adolescence, and young adults although this means that I have spent a lot of time supporting adults, parents, and caregivers as well. I use an integrative, person-centered approach while my clinical work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral (TF-CBT) therapy, Solution-Focused, mindfulness, play therapy, and creative expression. I view therapy as a collaborative process where we can work together to explore difficult emotions, develop self-awareness, and build tools for communication and self-empowerment.
On a personal note, I am a mother of two young children navigating the joys and challenges of parenthood. I enjoy spending as much time as I can outside, hiking, doing yoga, working out, reading and baking.
My name is Ashley and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated with my Masters in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2021 but have been working in the field as a Clinical Therapist since 2020.
I genuinely enjoy working with many different people, but I especially love individual therapy with clients who are a little neurospicy like me, parents and caregivers who feel burned out or stretched too thin, and people trying to heal from trauma or unhealthy relationship patterns.
I’m very trauma-informed and values-oriented in my work. I like helping clients understand the “why” behind their emotions, behaviors, and patterns while also figuring out what kind of life and relationships actually feel aligned with who they are. I often work with ADHD, anxiety, attachment and relationship concerns, caregiver burnout, life transitions, and parents of children with special needs or higher support needs.
I know therapy is not about having everything figured out. Sometimes it’s about finally having a place where you don’t have to perform, hold everything together, or explain why you’re exhausted. I try to bring warmth, honesty, humor when appropriate, and practical tools into the room while still giving you space to process at your own pace.

I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies and have received training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) from the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at the University of Pennsylvania. I earned my Master of Social Work in 2016 and have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2021. My experience spans nearly two decades in behavioral health, beginning in addiction treatment and expanding into individual and group therapy, trauma, and complex mental health concerns. I’m deeply curious about people, their stories, the patterns they’ve developed, and how their experiences have shaped the way they see themselves and the world. My style is warm, conversational, and direct. I bring compassion and humor into the room, but I’m also comfortable asking hard questions and challenging patterns when needed.
Hello, I’m Nizhu—a licensed therapist with over 9 years of clinical experience, specializing in men’s mental health, trauma recovery, and motivational interventions. I work with individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes, often supporting clients in breaking generational patterns, rebuilding confidence, and developing healthier coping strategies. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct—because healing doesn’t have to be stiff, and growth rarely happens in silence. Expect real conversations, grounded techniques, and the occasional well-timed joke (because, yes, therapy can be both effective and human).
Outside the therapy room, I’m a committed gym enthusiast, fueled by black coffee and protein-packed meals. Tattooed and purpose-driven, I believe in showing up authentically—for my clients and myself. Whether you’re here to build resilience, process trauma, or just get unstuck, I’m here to help—one honest conversation at a time.
Hi! I'm Rachael, an LCSW, with a passion for people. I love the work I do. I think that there is so much value in introspection and self development. I have been working with adults, teens, and families for 8 years, licensed for about a year, and am honored to be in this field. I have worked primarily with people with substance use issues, the justice involved, and those with a variety of emotional difficulties. If you are someone who comes from a dysfunctional family, has a history of self-destructive behaviors, or simply just feel like you want to figure yourself out, I am ready and willing to chat with you.
I want to get to know you and what you are seeking help with as much as possible. I like to ask questions, try not to make assumptions, and keep us focused on your goals. I have a background in short-term therapy as well as ongoing, open-ended therapy. I want you to feel supported but also know you are an independent adult.
Hi I'm Shawn! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I'm warm, funny, compassionate, and a genuine therapist who believes you should be able to feel comfortable being your authentic self in therapy. I bring a gentle yet direct approach to our work- I'll listen without judgment, while also helping you recognize patterns, challenge what may be holding you back, and move toward the life you want.
Since 2012 I have supported children and adults through life's stages helping shift unwanted, co-existing patterns driven by negative narratives. By connecting and understanding your experiences, we will open a new perspective of your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health. With a warm, psychodynamic approach, I pull from modalities like EMDR, IFS and object-relations theory.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns they keep finding themselves in. People often come to me during times of transition, when relationships feel strained, or when they realize that the ways they’ve learned to cope, communicate, or protect themselves aren’t working quite as well anymore.
I’m especially interested in the way our relationships and experiences shape how we see ourselves and what we come to expect from the people around us. Sometimes the thing bringing you to therapy is very clear. Other times, it’s harder to name—you may just know that you’re overwhelmed, disconnected, repeating a familiar pattern, or not feeling quite like yourself.
My style is warm, engaged, and collaborative. I want therapy to be a place where you can be thoughtful and curious about yourself without feeling like you have to have everything figured out first. We’ll make sense of what’s happening now, how you got here, and what might need to shift for life and relationships to feel different.
If you’d like to connect briefly before beginning therapy, please schedule your first appointment here through Grow. Once scheduled, you’ll be able to message me directly, and I’m happy to answer questions about fit before we meet.

I work with individuals who feel stuck in cycles they genuinely want to break—whether that’s , unhealthy relationships or feeling overwhelmed.
My approach is direct, compassionate, and grounded in real-life application. I draw from evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, but I focus just as much on helping you actually use these tools in your day-to-day life. Therapy with me isn’t just about insight—it’s about change, accountability, and building a better life.
Clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to, honest without being harsh, and able to balance structure with flexibility. I’m not a “blank slate” therapist—I show up as a real person in the room, and I value authenticity on both sides. I’ll challenge you when needed, support you when it’s hard, and help you stay focused on your goals.
