I am a clinical social worker with a decade of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and older adults through life's most pressing challenges. Before transitioning into clinical practice, I worked within organizations helping employees navigate workplace stress and the broader life issues that often accompany it. My own life transition during that time deepened my appreciation for the courage it takes to seek support, and I now draw on those transferable skills alongside my academic and work experiences as a master's in social work and doctorate in organizational behavior professional. I bring a compassionate, integrative, and culturally responsive approach that meets each client where they are, helping you build meaningful coping skills, deepen self-understanding, and move toward sustainable change.
My journey into therapy began with a desire to help the hurting individuals I worked with in a group home, and a genuine passion for helping others find strength through life’s most difficult moments. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people facing a wide range of challenges—experiences that have shown me just how powerful and transformative therapy can be. These moments have only deepened my commitment to walking alongside others on their path to healing. I’m continually inspired by the belief that every person holds the capacity for growth, resilience, and change. We can change and heal. Sometimes we just need a little help along the way. I treat adults age 18 and up.
Welcome! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that everyone deserves a safe space to be heard, understood, and supported. Through my private practice, JMN Oasis Counseling, LLC, I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other challenges.
JMN Oasis Counseling, LLC. has a deeply personal meaning to me. The letters JMN represents three deceased loved ones who were near and dear to my heart—my brother, father, and mother. Their lives and the impact they had on me continue to remind me of the importance of showing up for others, especially during difficult seasons of life.
My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I believe therapy is not about telling you what to do; it is about helping you better understand yourself, identify what is holding you back, develop healthier coping strategies, and discover the strength you already possess.

With 22 years of experience, I know that mental health isn’t one-size-fits-all. Everyone’s journey is different, and what works for one person might not work for another.
I take a client-centered, individualized approach that meets you where you are. I incorporate CBT, DBT, Somatic techniques and practical strategies to help you gain insight, develop coping skills, and create real, lasting change. Whether you’re struggling with focus, racing thoughts, overwhelming emotions, or just trying to keep up with life’s demands, I’ll work with you to find solutions that actually fit your life.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) practicing in the state of Alabama and Georgia, with over decade of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I have been committed to supporting both adolescents, adults, couples and families as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change. I view therapy as a unique space where healing, growth, and problem-solving can occur. It is a place that fosters renewal, resilience, and the possibility of new beginnings.
Navigating life between 11 and 25 can feel overwhelming. I specialize in supporting adolescents, teens, and young adults as they juggle school, family, identity, and the pressure to always be “the strong one.” My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to explain your background to be understood, a space that honors your story, culture, and values.
I show up with empathy, honesty, and cultural understanding. I’m not here to “fix” you but to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of what you’re carrying and creating room for reflection, healing, and growth.
Whether you’re managing anxiety, family stress, identity questions, or just trying to feel like yourself again, I provide therapy that’s real, relevant, and safe.
***Please note: Appointments after 3pm CST are reserved for clients ages 11–18 (middle or high school).

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in North Carolina, Ohio, and Alabama. I earned my Master of Social Work degree through the Joint Program at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and North Carolina A&T State University and have spent the past 15 years working in a variety of mental health settings.
As a biracial and bicultural woman of White and Native American heritage and an enrolled member of the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina, I understand the importance of culture, identity, belonging, and lived experience in the healing process.
I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, family conflict, grief, loss, and caregiver burnout. I also have extensive experience working with trauma survivors, including individuals recovering from unhealthy relationships, emotional abuse, religious trauma and domestic violence. While I enjoy working with adults from all backgrounds, I am especially passionate about supporting women as they build confidence, strengthen boundaries, heal from past experiences, and reconnect with their sense of self.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your authentic self without fear of judgment. I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe, heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Many clients tell me they appreciate my conversational, down-to-earth style. While therapy can involve discussing difficult topics, I also believe healing can include moments of humor, self-discovery, and recognizing your strengths along the way. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, processing trauma, navigating a major life transition, or working to create healthier relationships, you do not have to face it alone.
I am committed to providing affirming care for individuals who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, bicultural/biracial, neurodivergent, ability-diverse, and those from underrepresented communities.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in practice for 24 years. I have worked with all ages of clients and enjoy working with people to help them realize that we are all dealing with something and sometimes we need help from another to gain a different perspective, especially when overwhelming situations arise. I believe that what we think affects what we do. When we apply this with mindfulness, we can begin to see how our thoughts affect our emotions, physical body and behavior. Together, we can come up with a treatment plan that will guide us together to help you approach situations you are dealing with in a different way.

I’m warm and easy to talk to, but I’m also not afraid to challenge you when I think it could help. My goal is to understand you as a whole person and help you make sense of what you’re experiencing while figuring out what comes next.

Hello and welcome to my practice. My name is Cathleen. I earned my Masters in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University. I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for over 10 years. I have years of experience working with individuals and families going through a multitude of issues. I like to help people navigate through their life's challenges and fulfill their life's dreams.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted from constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs. If you’re caring for an aging parent, spouse, or another loved one over the age of 18, you don’t have to carry that stress alone.
My name is Clint, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Florida and Alabama. I specialize in supporting caregivers of older adults and individuals with disabilities over the age of 18 who may be struggling with burnout, anxiety, guilt, stress, or feeling emotionally drained.
As a former primary caregiver for my father, I understand firsthand the emotional and practical challenges caregiving can bring. Balancing medical appointments, family responsibilities, work demands, and the emotional weight of supporting a loved one can leave little time to care for yourself. Since 2011, I’ve worked alongside caregivers and families to help reduce burnout, build healthier boundaries, improve coping skills, and create more balance in daily life.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on practical tools you can use outside of sessions. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, strength's based and supportive therapy to help clients manage stress, navigate difficult emotions, and reconnect with their own well-being.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. The first session is simply an opportunity for us to talk about what’s been weighing on you and explore whether working together feels like a good fit — with no pressure or expectations.
If you’re ready for support, I’d be honored to work alongside you.

As a mental health counselor, I am committed to helping individuals and couples learn how to recover from the struggles that life creates. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals by utilizing various modalities in order to meet clients where they are in their personal journey.
My name is Bill Massey and I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in
west central Georgia and east central Alabama. I graduated from the University of Georgia's MSW program in 1993 and became an LCSW in 1996. I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and residential services as well.
I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons.
With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia.
I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping adults navigate life’s challenges in a supportive and nonjudgmental space. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy is a place where clients can feel heard, gain clarity, and develop tools to manage stress, improve relationships, and feel more confident in themselves.
I enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, low self-esteem, and difficulty setting boundaries. In sessions, I focus on helping clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and take small, meaningful steps toward positive change.
My goal is to help clients feel empowered, supported, and equipped with coping skills they can use in their everyday lives.
Healing is a Journey—Let’s Walk it Together

Supporting others through hard moments feels like meaningful, purpose-driven work for me. I’m passionate about creating a space where people can heal and grow.
