First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Treatment methods
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I have worked with various fold with mood disorders and personality disorders that have benefited with DBT. DBT helps with emotional regulation and use of adaptive coping techniques
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help clients combat negative thoughts, thought restructuring and help clients with reframing their narrative.
