Greetings and salutations! I want to start by congratulating you on taking the first step of putting YOU first. I know making this choice may have been difficult, but I am glad you are here. My name is Jamie Kirk! I am a Los Angeles native, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Life Coach, Author, and Ordained Minister. I have been an asset to the mental health community for over 10 years, helping clients overcome depression and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions and background information, then dive into specific challenges you are facing. This will help create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
