Amber Atwood
We all can use a little help at some point in our lives. Whether it's about getting back on track or making lasting changes. Let's work together to determine what's keeping you from living how you know you are meant to live. I'm here to guide you back to yourself so that you can live a life of fullfillment.
I also have had training in narrative therapy which is founded on the premise that “the person is not the problem, the problem is the problem.
This process entails learning how to mindfully pay attention, sustain momentum and maintain balance. In this approach, the goal is to clear away the obstactles and old patterns that have been keeping you feeling stuck.
First session
When we work together, you may discover places in your life that have been neglected, have come to be out of balance or in need of support. We will take a holistic approach that includes consideration of many aspects of your life. I will work with you to inquire about physical, emotional and spiritual health. We will look at the relationships you have with others and yourself.
Strengths
I believe that my biggest strength is my ability to hone in on my clients' innate qualities and in helping them to recall what they already possess within themselves but may have lost sight of in their lives due to past hardships or situations that have created self-doubt.
Ideal clients
Mainly young adults that are motivated to improve their lives and dealing with learning how to maintain balance and well-being in there lives.
