It is my belief that clients are experts of their own lives, thus as an LMFT, I work in collaboration with my clients to guide them in gaining a deeper understanding of how their life experiences (both positive and negative) have impacted their current functioning.
Clients will gain a clear and positive perspective on their life as a whole with a renewed sense of self, feel empowered with the strength and tools to reach their personal goals.
I utilize a warm, empathetic and genuine approach along with trauma informed care, CBT, IPT, Seeking Safety and Client Centered Care as I guide clients through their therapeutic journey.
I am passionate about providing guidance and support to various populations to include teens and adolescents, as well as adults of all ages who struggle with various disorders ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma or stress related disorders. As a teen and in my adulthood, I also embarked in my therapeutic journey and understand how significantly difficult it is to undergo this process, yet I am confident that the experience will be worthwhile as I will guide you through finding that inner peace and happiness that you so long for and deserve.

Ms. Walle has been my therapist for 2.5 years. She is consistent , warm and honest. She makes you feel like she is with you in all the things you go through so you feel like you’re not alone. She is always willing to adjust or be flexible with meetings if unexpected things come up. I truly value the feedback and counsel I have received from her over the years! She’s wonderful at what she does and I’m honored to be her client.
