Do you feel like it's time to make a change in your life due to repeated patterns and challenges in relationships and perhaps work and other areas of your life? If you are experiencing burnout, stress, anxious or depressive symptoms that continue to impact your life. Therapy is a good place to start identifying or perhaps continue working on those patterns and behaviors that keep getting in the way. It is my hope that through a collaborative process, we can work together to set goals and leverage tools, apply coping techniques that will help you reach these goals to a more balanced life. In our sessions, it is important that you feel you have a safe space where you can be open, vulnerable and true to yourself to better address the challenges in your life.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we review agreements related to the Telehealth therapeutic process, we'll explore your goals for therapy and make sure you have time to ask questions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My main focus over the last 10 years has been working with individuals who have experienced different types of trauma in their life. I understand how difficult it may be to talk about those things that get in the way of life, I want to make sure you feel that your sessions are a safe space to explore whatever you need to help overcome the challenges you face in your life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My clinical work focuses on helping individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma, with the past eight years dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault through both individual and group therapy.
