I am someone who cares deeply to get to know and support those that I work with. I seek to understand you, the challenges you face in your life and your goals so I can best support you on your journey. Depending on what kind of support you may need or be looking for, I support your insights into the kinds of thoughts or behaviors that may be contributing to your challenges. I use mindfulness practices to help bring presence and grounding into the moment and to find wisdom in the body. I seek to understand your history, the prior experiences you've faced that have shaped your learned patterns. Together we can understand the different parts of you that are present and influencing your overall wellbeing, choices, and relationships. Building on these insights brings choice and liberation. From insights we can also learn to make different choices, to find more compassion for ourselves and others, and to truly heal and transform. I want to support you in finding ways to cope with life's challenges and to increase the love and connection you feel with yourself, and your innate ability to heal.

First session

I will take the time to get to know you by asking questions to help deepen into your values, thoughts, emotions and experiences. I will attune to your needs and seek to understand your goals and what approach will be most supportive on your healing journey. I will create a safe space and build a connection with you so that you feel comfortable sharing more openly about yourself and your life.
