New to Grow
’m a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and life transitions. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood while also gaining practical tools to help you move forward. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, and I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs and goals. I’m here to help you better understand yourself, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask some questions about your current concerns, your history, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together—but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once. This is also a space for you to ask questions and get a feel for how I work. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and supported from the start. By the end of the session, we’ll begin to identify your goals and discuss a plan for moving forward at a pace that feels right for you.
What stands out about my approach is the balance between compassion and practicality. I create a space where you can feel genuinely heard and understood, while also helping you build concrete tools you can use in your everyday life. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach—therapy with me is tailored to your unique needs, pace, and goals. I often integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help you better understand your patterns and make meaningful changes, but I do so in a way that feels approachable and not overwhelming. Clients often share that they appreciate feeling both supported and gently challenged in our work together. My goal is not just to help you feel better in the moment, but to help you develop lasting insight and skills that continue to serve you long after therapy.
I work with adults (ages 18–64) who are going through a hard time and want support making sense of what they’re feeling and how to move forward. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, dealing with anxiety or low mood, or noticing patterns in your life that you’re ready to change. I often work with people who are thoughtful and self-aware, but may struggle with overthinking, self-doubt, or being hard on themselves. I also support individuals navigating life transitions—whether that’s changes in relationships, becoming a parent, adjusting to new roles, or feeling unsure about what’s next. If you’re looking for a space where you can feel understood, learn practical tools, and grow at your own pace, we’ll likely be a good fit. You don’t have to have everything figured out—just being open to the process is enough.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a structured, goal-oriented approach to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In my work with clients, I’ve used CBT to support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and life transitions. I help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, challenge negative beliefs, and develop more balanced, realistic ways of thinking. Together, we also focus on building practical coping skills and making meaningful behavioral changes that support long-term growth. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I integrate CBT techniques in a way that feels approachable and relevant to your daily life, helping you gain tools you can use both in and outside of sessions.
