(she/her)
Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Master's degree from the University of Phoenix and have been practicing for the past 10 years. I am dedicated to supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, and I recognize that trauma impacts not only thoughts and feelings but also physical and relational aspects of life.
In our first session, we will start with brief introductions, and you can share with me about current challenges you are facing in your personal or professional life. This will help me develop a plan to help you manage through those challenges and help you grow.
I have supported clients in navigating various forms of past trauma by helping them process their experiences, overcome challenges, and develop coping skills that promote continued growth and personal resilience.
As a trauma-informed therapist, my role is to help clients process their past traumatic experiences. I aim to provide a safe and supportive space to empower my clients, help them with the healing process, and work toward building resiliency and developing coping strategies. I have worked with various populations, including children and adults, who have experienced sexual abuse, domestic violence, bullying, anxiety, and depression.

Feel like she really gives me new tools to approach my problems in life. Anabel is very understanding and warm, great listener and feel like she takes the time to get at the real reasons of my behaviors and feelings. 10/10 very happy with her work
