In your first session with me, you can expect a warm, welcoming environment where I’ll take the time to really listen to your story and understand what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss your goals for treatment, any challenges you're currently facing, and I’ll explain how we can work together to address them. I’ll also take time to explain confidentiality—how your privacy is protected. Together, we’ll collaboratively create a plan for your path forward.
My greatest strengths as a therapist are my ability to be deeply caring, to meet clients exactly where they are mentally, and to work collaboratively with them throughout the process. I focus on creating a supportive environment where we can work together to address challenges and move toward healing.
I am best positioned to serve clients who are ready to engage in meaningful self-exploration and are motivated to make positive changes in their lives. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life stress, or life transitions who are seeking a warm, supportive, and goal-oriented therapeutic relationship. I work especially well with those who value a collaborative approach and are open to building insight and developing practical strategies for growth and healing.
