Hello, I'm Lemlem, a psychiatric nurse practitioner here to support and guide you through this journey. My current practice is rooted in meeting clients 'where they are,' working cohesively to untangle inner conflicts, and facilitating each client’s journey towards insight, agency, and self-efficacy. My approach is a blends of medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive psychotherapy to treat a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, attention-deficit, bipolar, depressive, obsessive-compulsive, personality, psychotic, somatic, substance-related, and trauma-related disorders.
Prepare to answer lots of questions, as I'm trying to get to know you.
Understanding is key. I believe that as a provider, I need to understand my patients before I can treat them.
As a PMHNP, I am best positioned to serve individuals from all walks of life. My practice is grounded in respect, cultural humility, and a deep belief that every person deserves compassionate, evidence‑based mental health care. I welcome patients of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where they feel seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to meet people exactly where they are and partner with them on their path toward healing and wellness.

I identify as
Psychoeducation
I find that psychoeducation helps clients better understand their mental health condition, reduces the stigma associated with mental health, and, by doing so, increases patients' adherence to treatment plans and medication.

She did a very good job of standing her ground and standing her beliefs as to what would be the best course of action for me. I respect her and I’m definitely would have a good thing to say about her for sure.

She asks a lot of questions which I am thankful for because she wants to get to know you and get to the root of what is needed. I feel her process is clear and empowering.
