I’m a licensed therapist specializing in helping clients heal from trauma and life challenges. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative therapy, and other trauma-informed modalities. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel supported in processing difficult experiences, building resilience, and reconnecting with your strengths. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, or past trauma, I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs and help you move toward lasting healing and growth.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and set the foundation for our work together. We’ll go over your goals and expectations for therapy, review any assessments or intake questions, and begin exploring your history and current challenges. This session is about creating a safe, comfortable space where you can share openly and we can map out a plan for lasting change.
My greatest strengths are my empathy, compassion, and ability to connect with people. I take the time to truly understand each client and tailor therapy to their unique needs, drawing from a range of trauma-focused approaches. Whether I’m using EMDR, IFS, sandtray therapy, CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), or other techniques, I aim to be flexible and creative so each person feels supported in a way that fits them best.
My ideal clients are those who are ready to collaborate and lean into their healing journey. You may already be self-aware and motivated for change, but find yourself held back by negative core beliefs or old patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll work to get to the root of these struggles and help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself.
