I'm licensed in multiple states that include New York, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. I have 15 years of clinical experience, working in various settings like inpatient psychiatric, community mental health and forensics. I work with adults seeking to make changes and manage difficult moments in their life.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
During our first session, we will review your intake form, identify areas of struggle and goals you want to work on.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I provide a non-judgmental, empathic and safe environment for you to be you. This will be a space for you to be your most vulnerable self and feel supported, seen, heard and understood.
