Hello, I have a PhD in Human Services and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have experience working with the military population, domestic violence and all age group from ages 12 up to the elder population. I have worked with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression , couples counseling and anger issues. Clients have reported positive results and using skills that are taught to them.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session, I will introduce myself and let you know what your limits of confidentiality are so there will not be any misunderstanding about what has to be reported or not. After the introductions, I would like to know what made you decide you needed to speak to someone. After that I will try to give you some immediate things that might help you and come up with some goals to work on.

I feel one of my strength is make a connection with my client and help them process their feelings around the challenges they are experiencing.
