My clients describe me as upfront, direct, and honest in my approach. I specialize in working with children, youth adults, adults and families. I am authentic and inspiring to parents who may feel lost when dealing with their children who are making poor decisions or displaying risky behaviors. I have a special way of working with the most challenging youth and young adults, helping them develop positive life goals, a sense of personal accountability and seeing the value in building a happy and healthy lifestyle. Two fun facts about me are that I love dogs and enjoy working out as part of a healthy lifestyle.

My treatment methods largely depend on the client but are all premised on talk therapy. I use a wide range of theoretical orientations from CBT to Solution Focused but do not solely rely on any one approach. I am all about helping my clients get the results they need no what methods are needed.
I believe that my biggest strength is my ability to build rapport with my clients and connect with all clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds.

Lamonte really helps me make sense of my actions—good or bad—and gives me the space to figure out what’s going on inside, whether it’s old wounds, hang-ups, or unmet needs. The things he says really stick with me and push me to “do better… be better.” He’s real, uplifting, and always challenges me to pause and think before making my next move.
