My treatment methods largely depend on the client but are all premised on talk therapy. I use a wide range of theoretical orientations from CBT to Solution Focused but do not solely rely on any one approach. I am all about helping my clients get the results they need no what methods are needed.
I believe that my biggest strength is my ability to build rapport with my clients and connect with all clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds.

Lamonte really helps me make sense of my actions—good or bad—and gives me the space to figure out what’s going on inside, whether it’s old wounds, hang-ups, or unmet needs.
