About me

Hello, I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California with 13 years of experience in the mental health field. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, helping them face and overcome life’s unexpected challenges. Whether it’s navigating relationship difficulties, managing stress and anxiety, or working through personal growth journeys, I am committed to providing compassionate and effective support. My approach is rooted in creating a safe and collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Helping people uncover their strengths, build resilience, and achieve greater emotional well-being has been deeply fulfilling and remains at the heart of my practice.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions before discussing the specific challenges you're experiencing. Together, we'll collaborate to create a personalized plan to tackle these challenges in future sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My treatment methods

Strength-Based

I use this approach to help you recognize and build on your strengths, abilities, and positive qualities. By focusing on what you’re already good at, the goal is to help you feel more hopeful, confident, and resilient. Together, we’ll work on using these strengths to overcome challenges and support your personal growth and healing.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In CBT, we’ll talk about how your thoughts, feelings, and actions are all connected. By identifying any negative thoughts you may have, you can learn to replace them with healthier, more positive ones, which can help bring about real changes in your life. Along the way, we’ll also work on building coping skills to help you handle stress and tough situations more effectively.
