Hello, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I’m a California native who graduated from the University of Southern California in 2019 with a Masters in Social Work degree and have been working in the mental health field for 7 years. My passion is for normalizing mental health in order to reduce the stigma often associated with it. We need to get comfortable talking about our mental health.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with adults and adolescents experiencing mental health issues for the past 5 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I prefer working with adults experiencing mental illness. I provide compassionate and effective treatment, using evidence-based techniques to help clients overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, and more.
With a warm and compassionate approach, I guide clients through the process of self-discovery and growth, helping them build resilience and achieve lasting change. My ultimate goal is to empower clients to live happier, more fulfilling lives, free from the constraints of anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges.
