First session
In your first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and judgment-free conversation focused on getting to know you. I’ll ask lots of questions to understand what’s been bothering you, how your symptoms are affecting your daily life, and any history of mental health challenges or treatments. This helps me tailor a care plan that fits your unique needs. We’ll also discuss your goals for treatment and what approaches might work best for you. My goal is to make sure you feel heard, understood, and empowered as we take the first steps toward improving your well-being.
Strengths
My greatest strength as a provider is that I am completely non-judgmental. I understand that everyone’s journey is different, and I am here to support you with empathy and understanding. With years of experience helping people facing challenges similar to yours, I know that healing is possible—you are not alone. No matter what you’re going through, we will work together to find the right strategies to help you move forward. It’s just a matter of time before you start feeling better, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
