As a therapist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate complex family dynamics and the emotional challenges that often come with them. I work with parents and guardians who are struggling to connect with their teenagers, adults who are carrying the weight of difficult relationships with their own parents, and those living with chronic illness who are experiencing depression or anxiety.

During initial sessions, we will work collaboratively to cultivate a plan to address your life concerns and get your life back. I will listen to your personal story, find out what has worked for you in the past and what hasn't. We will work together building upon your own strengths to find new skills that will help you cope.

i find it most helpful to be a great listener and nonjudgmental. I believe you have your own unique story that has made you who you are, learning to think differently about our own story can help lead to feeling different with positive actions to follow.
