I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with licensure in California, Oregon and Washington. I received my Masters in 2012 and have been practicing for 13 years across multiple settings. I help adults with a wide range of issues that include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship conflict, and low self-esteem.

First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing, along with getting to know who you are and what is important to you. This will help guide us through our work in follow-up sessions.

Treatment methods
Narrative
Struggles can weigh us down and lead us to unfavorable ideas about who we are. Through focused conversation and a highly supportive relationship, I help people gain the clarity and insight needed to take action and produce desired change. I have extensive training in narrative and postmodern therapies, which examine how dominant cultural discourses can have oppressive effects on our lives, identities, and relationships.
