Helping little hearts and grown-up minds find their peace. 💙 Hey there, dear. If anxiety, mood swings, ADHD, or trauma are making daily life feel overwhelming for you or your loved one, you’re not alone — I understand how exhausting it can be to carry these challenges while hoping for balance and clarity. I’m a board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (DNP, PMHNP-BC), and I work with children, teens, and adults using medication management, talk therapy, mindfulness, and practical coping strategies to help you feel supported, understood, and back in control. When you’re ready, I’m here to create a safe, welcoming space where healing and growth are possible. :)

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is a safe space to simply be yourself — there’s no pressure and no judgment. We’ll start with a relaxed conversation about what’s been going on and what brought you or your loved one to seek support. From there, we’ll talk about your goals and whether medication, therapy, or both may be helpful. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of your options and the next steps, and my priority is making sure you feel heard, comfortable, and supported.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a psychiatric nurse practitioner is creating a safe, compassionate space where every person feels valued and understood. I believe that true healing begins with empathy, trust, and collaboration — and I work hard to ensure my clients feel supported every step of the way. I take pride in providing culturally sensitive, inclusive care to individuals from all backgrounds. My approach blends evidence-based treatment, active listening, and holistic support to help clients gain clarity, confidence, and control over their mental health. Clients often share that they appreciate my calm presence, genuine care, and ability to make complex topics feel simple and manageable. I see each session as an opportunity to empower people with knowledge and tools that promote lasting growth and wellness.

My treatment methods

Supportive

I aim to provide emotional support, encouragement, and validation to help individuals navigate life’s challenges and enhance their overall well-being, in conjunction with medication therapy.

Existential

I use this method with clients experiencing anxiety and depression to help them explore their experiences, confront inner conflicts, and understand how their choices shape their future. This process supports clients in gaining deeper insight and meaning in their lives, with the goal of fostering a more fulfilling and authentic existence alongside medication therapy.

Psychoeducation

I aim to educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and strategies for managing symptoms and daily challenges. My goal is to empower clients to make informed decisions about their care and actively engage in their recovery journey.
