Hello, my name is Alexia Totoro and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) who has been active in the field of mental and behavioral health for over 10 years. Overall, I have diverse experiences revolving around my desire to continue to empower individuals to find their most authentic selves. Because my availability is by appointment only, it is best that you call me directly (856-219-6033) or submit a secure message via my website contact form (www.atcounseling.org) to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation for a time that works best for you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session provides you the opportunity to get to know me and see if I am the right fit for your needs. I will ask questions to understand what brought you to therapy and to learn more about your life history. These questions allow us to develop a treatment plan together and develop interventions that will work best for you. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling or the cancellation of an appointment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have primarily worked adolescents, adults, and the geriatric populations in individual and group therapy. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use, addiction, trauma, social anxiety, mood disorders, and psychosis.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults, who are eager to take steps towards their goals.
