Hello, my name is Alexia Totoro and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) who has been active in the field of mental and behavioral health for over 10 years. Overall, I have diverse experiences revolving around my desire to continue to empower individuals to find their most authentic selves.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use, addiction, trauma, social anxiety, mood disorders, and psychosis.

First session
The first session provides you the opportunity to get to know me and see if I am the right fit for your needs. I will ask questions to understand what brought you to therapy and to learn more about your life history. These questions allow us to develop a treatment plan together and develop interventions that will work best for you. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling or the cancellation of an appointment.
Strengths
I have primarily worked adolescents, adults, and the geriatric populations in individual and group therapy. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use, addiction, trauma, social anxiety, and mood disorders.
