My treatment methods

Relational

I use relational therapy to explore how your relationships—past and present—shape your emotional well-being and behavior. This approach focuses on the therapeutic relationship as a tool for healing, allowing us to identify and shift interpersonal patterns in real-time. Together, we build deeper connections and work toward fostering more meaningful, fulfilling relationships in your life.

Attachment-based

Attachment theory helps us understand how early bonds influence your emotional and relational patterns. By exploring these connections, we uncover how they affect your current experiences, including trust, communication, and intimacy. My goal is to help you build secure, healthy attachments with yourself and others, empowering you to navigate relationships with confidence and resilience.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I integrate interpersonal neurobiology and CBT to connect the mind-body relationship with cognitive patterns. Interpersonal neurobiology examines how the brain responds to relational experiences, fostering mindfulness and emotional regulation. When combined with CBT, we identify and reframe thought patterns, providing practical tools to create meaningful change and manage stress.

Strength-Based

A strengths-based approach emphasizes your inherent resilience and capabilities. By identifying and building on what’s already working in your life, I help you develop confidence, clarity, and self-worth. This approach fosters empowerment and encourages you to harness your strengths to overcome challenges and achieve your goals.

Trauma Informed Care

Trauma-informed care ensures our work prioritizes emotional safety, understanding, and empowerment. I create a supportive environment where we explore past traumas at your pace, helping you process emotional wounds without fear of judgment. This approach fosters healing, resilience, and the ability to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
