Making the decision to find a therapist is the hardest step to take. It takes courage to make yourself a priority and to acknowledge that you need help. Now that you've come this far, allow me to help you navigate whatever is getting in your way of living your best life.
First session
In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions. I will learn what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Together, we will establish goals and break down the barriers for you to achieve those goals.
Strengths
I am gentle, supportive and non-judgemental. I create a safe space for you to be honest and vulnerable. I will celebrate your achievements with you and support you on days that are more challenging.
Treatment methods
Eclectic
I believe that everyone responds to therapy differently and there is no "One size fits all" treatment method. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
Solution-Focused Brief Treatment
We will build on your strengths together to tackle current challenges and to set goals for how to live your best life.
