Hello, I'm Josi. Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, or the consequences of trauma? Are you struggling with relationships, work and social activities? Are you having trouble being kind to yourself or meeting personal goals? Together we can identify the barriers, the things that are stopping you from getting back on track or getting to the place you want to be. Together we can explore your past and/or present to get you to YOUR future. I work to establish new coping skills, grounding techniques, and mindfulness to develop a stronger you. Whether you're overwhelmed, have relationship issues, or experiencing anxiety and depression, I'm here for you. Therapy can be difficult, awkward, and scary but this is the right choice to improve you. Together we'll develop compassion for you with evidenced-based techniques so you can get back to being YOU.

I feel my best strengths are my ability to listen and create a warm and inviting environment for you. I will always be honest with you about your situation. I will explain if I am not the one for you and I will explain why and find you someone who can better assist you. I have the ability and wherewithal to do that for you.
