Hello, my name is Jai and I am licensed in the state of NJ to provide a plethora of services to various populations. My approach is a unique combination of the most well researched, cutting edge techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, positive psychology, spirituality and affirmations. My methods are never based on a "cookie cutter" model because they are tailored to each individual and there is no one size that fits all.
Our first session is rapport building, you getting to know my techniques and methods but most importantly us seeing if we fit together as a counselor-client duo.
