Hey there! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Los Angeles, California. I received my Masters from USC and have been practicing for 12 years and counting. I work with adults who are struggling with stress management, anxiety, depression and major life transitions. I empower my clients to be the best version of themselves while finding balance in their life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will consist of introductions and an assessment of the presenting problems you are currently facing, as well as exploring history. The first session will help us establish a treatment plan and how we will work together to meet your identified goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

With 12 years of experience, I have learned that building rapport with my clients is number 1 to guiding them to meaningful change and vital to creating a trusted and safe space. I use transparency with my clients to facilitate realistic outcomes and discussions.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My clients are eager and motivated to improve, but could use assistance and guidance to develop the tools to attain their therapeutic goals. They often feel overwhelmed and stagnant in their daily functioning.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is a standard evidence based practice that informs a lot of my work with clients experiencing anxiety and depression. I use this method to help my clients restructure negative and irrational cognitions or thought patterns.

Attachment-based

Attachment theory is very important in my practice as learning how to have relationships and connect with others starts from birth. I explore clients’ family history and how connections have been formed to help clients with any poor interpersonal functioning.
