Hello there, I am Jamey.
Do you feel like there are just not enough hours in the day, or that you are being pulled in a million different directions? Do you feel like you are struggling to keep up with your relationships, your work, or your health? Sometimes when this happens, we tend to blame the person in the mirror. Fortunately, I am here to help you get over that hump.
I strive to help you manage anxiety and avoid burnout. My goal is to help work together with you, and identify what is working well, and not so well, and help you find that balance you and so many others are looking for. I consider myself to be very adaptable to my clients, and work to find what works best specifically for you! I would also like to assure you, that you are not the only one feeling this way!
Whether you are overwhelmed, having relationship issues, dealing with trauma, or cycles of anxiety and depression, I am here to help. If you are having trouble with your children, and are seeking input and new techniques, I would be glad to assist you. Seeking therapy can feel scary, but this is the first step towards making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I will meet you with empathy and compassion in a judgment-free zone, working with evidence-based techniques to help you overcome the hang-ups and habits holding you back. Let us work together!
Hello and welcome! I'm Diane, a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and Virginia. My passion is helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve their personal and emotional well-being. I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and positive change. My role as a counselor is to guide and support you on your journey, helping you to uncover your strengths and achieve your goals. Together, we will work towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.
I have an eclectic style that is influenced by a couple of different theoretical orientations. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I pull in different mindfulness and problem-solving techniques to assist you in creating more desired outcomes. Counseling is not a 'one size fits all' endeavor and I will take time to recognize what best suits your needs and goals.
Hello! My name is Max Croteau and I have had the pleasure of being a licensed professional counselor for almost 10 years now. In this time, I have been able to mold my style of understanding, accepting while also challenging and motivational into a successful model of growth and change for those who choose to work with me. I truly am a believer that therapy can sometimes be a side-by-side process, or it can be a process where one guides and the other follows, but ultimately the choice is up to you. I don’t want you to live a life that I tell you to live. I want to help you find a life that is truly a genuine fit for yourself and one that you can see yourself living without even having to think about it. I’ve specialized in addiction, OCD, trauma therapy, family and couples counseling and various other topics in the world of mental health. One important factor that I have found is that each person has their own individual story and their journey will be just as individualized. No matter how similar, we are all different. A cookie cutter approach to the rest of your life is not something that you will get from me. I will truly meet you where you are and work with you every step of the way to achieve the success that you are looking for. I always guarantee every person I work with that therapy may not be easy, but in the end, it will be incredibly worthwhile. I’d love to start and/or continue that journey. Growth has no final destination, just the journey. It’s up to you what path you’d like to take.
Hi, I’m Tiffany and I’m so glad that you are here. Making the decision to start therapy can feel overwhelming and my goal is to help you feel as comfortable as possible while we explore potentially uncomfortable topics. I strive to create a warm, friendly, and collaborative environment where you will feel supported and understood. We will work together to better understand your unique circumstances, discover your strengths, and develop the tools to help navigate the stressors that come your way. I work with children, teens, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and other stressors that negatively impact your mental health. I also enjoy working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and helping people to feel empowered and develop resilience. Regardless of what life throws at you, you don’t have to face it alone. My hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and a little closer to the life that you want to create for yourself.

My experience conducting vocational evaluations has given me a deeper understanding of how emotional and cognitive challenges can affect work and daily life.

Hello! I appreciate that you’re taking this step toward finding a therapist you feel will be a good fit for you. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 13 years of experience. For most of this time I have worked with people around issues of depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and relationship/family issues. I am also passionate about working with LGBTQ folks around issues of coming out and self-acceptance. I know that the decision to look for a therapist isn’t always an easy one but, by doing so, you are taking an important first step toward creating change for yourself!
I take a down-to-earth, supportive, conversational approach to therapy. I engage in discussion and don’t hesitate to share my own life experience when appropriate. I find that a more personal approach helps strengthen the relationship between me and the people I meet with which, in turn, will help you feel more comfortable being open in sessions.
I take this approach because therapy is most successful when a person feels like their therapist understands them and when there is some level of connection. I focus on ensuring you will feel both seen and heard starting with our first session. You will be approached by me with curiosity, interest, and care at all times. At the start of your sessions with me I will ask how you’d like to start that day’s conversation and, if you’re not sure, will support you in discovering what might be important for you to talk about in the moment.
I invite you to schedule a first session to see if I am a good fit for what you’re looking for in therapy!
I believe therapy should be a place where you can feel comfortable being yourself, feel truly heard, and talk openly without judgment. With over 16 years of experience working with adults, I know reaching out for support can feel difficult, and I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you can start wherever you are. My approach is genuine, collaborative, and down-to-earth, and I’ll work alongside you as you process past experiences, navigate current challenges, build healthier skills, and create meaningful changes that help you feel better and move forward.

I work with adults across Pennsylvania, Delaware, South Carolina, and Florida through secure telehealth sessions, offering a warm, steady space to navigate life's big transitions — retirement, relocation, divorce, widowhood, caring for aging parents, grief, and the anxiety and relationship strains that often come with change. I especially enjoy working with people in midlife and beyond who are asking "what's next?" and want support figuring it
Each person brings a unique set of experiences and challenges. I partner with you to meet you where you are and help you achieve the personal or professional goals that matter most. Whether you’re managing stress and anxiety, feelings of depression, ADHD, or navigating life transitions, I combine empathic listening with practical strategies and a touch of humor to make growth both meaningful and manageable.
Many of my clients are ambitious professionals and individuals who are accustomed to striving for excellence while privately carrying stress, self-doubt, or a relentless pressure to do more. I help clients understand and work with their inner rebel, the part that resists rigid expectations, pushes back against perfectionism, and longs for greater autonomy and authenticity. Together, we can harness this part of you as a source of resilience, creativity, and lasting growth rather than viewing it as something to overcome.
I’m skilled at helping you identify both clear goals and the strengths you may overlook in yourself. Even when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or discouraged, there are always strengths and insights we can build from, and I help bring those into focus. Together, we will clarify goals, strengthen coping skills, and develop strategies that support decision-making, confidence, and emotional balance.
Hi, I’m Nicole Knox, LPC and owner of Mental Momentum Counseling & Consulting, LLC.
If you’re carrying trauma, living with constant worry, or feeling stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, you’re not alone and you don’t have to navigate this by yourself. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, hypervigilant, exhausted, or disconnected from the version of themselves they want to be. I help you slow things down, understand what’s happening inside your mind and body, and build the emotional stability you’ve been craving.
I specialize in trauma recovery, PTSD, childhood trauma, generational trauma, LGBTQIA-affirming care, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also support clients dealing with family conflict, stress, and self-esteem challenges. My approach is warm, direct, and deeply collaborative. I blend trauma‑informed care with DBT‑based skills to help you feel safer internally, reduce spiraling thoughts, and create healthier patterns in your relationships and daily life.
If you’re ready to feel more regulated, supported, and empowered in your personal life, I’d be honored to work with you. You deserve relief, clarity, and a space where your story is met with compassion and skill. Schedule a session when you’re ready to begin.

"Unconditional positive regard with a side of personal responsibility." These two concepts are driving force in the work, I get the privilege to do with individuals who chose to allow me to join their journey. My first charge is to always create a safe space to say the hard things out loud, secondly its to charge the individual to define how they wish their life to look--that's the building block for creating change. This process can be messy, a bit scary, sometimes exhilarating and hopefully fulfilling. I have been working with individuals, couples and families at different changes of transitions for over 18 years varying from dealing with addictions to understanding the impacts of mental health. Each person is unique and deserves a safe space to share, be challenge and get constructive feedback to grow.
Life can be stressful and I'm here to help you cope with life's struggles so you don't have to continue carrying these issues alone.
I like to take my time getting to know each unique individual and provide a safe and respectful environment to establish an open and trustworthy relationship. During our time together, you will learn to reflect on what you are experiencing and work on practical solutions to immediate problems while explore maladaptive patterns of thinking, behaviors ,and feelings that stem from past experiences. I will also work with you and support you on your journey to embrace positive lifestyle changes.
I offer individual sessions and specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, racial trauma, and racial identity. I am trained in CBT, TF-CBT, motivational interviewing, and will incorporate mindfulness practices to develop a stronger relationship with yourself.
Together, we can explore your strengths, needs, and abilities to inspire growth and change in your life.
Hi, I'm Trish Pierzga, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 6+ years of experience. I know that life can be challenging and difficult. I also know that it is easy to feel stuck. My goal for each session is help you feel comfortable so you can explore and move past those challenges.
When I think about what I look for in a therapist myself, it is someone who listens, is not afraid to challenge me, and helps guide me through life's transitions. I believe I bring this style to my own clients. I love what I do and I bring this excitement into my sessions because I want people to feel safe and grow in their confidence to overcome the obstacles they are facing.
If you're looking for a partner in your treatment who will meet you where you are and make space for the messy parts, I may be a good fit for you! We'll focus on real-life, practical applications of struggles and breakthroughs. We'll always be working toward one of your identified goals so that therapy does not feel aimless or like a waste of resources. Perhaps you're seeking therapy services because you want more insight into relationships, circumstances, or your own mind. However you got here, there is space for you and all of your questions. My approach is to lead with compassion and curiosity. You'll sense my sincere care for my clients but you'll also learn that I won't shy away from tough subjects.
For now, you've already taken the first step towards growth and that is something to celebrate!
When I was in grad school I was asked this question: why do you want to do therapy? My answer was immediate: "I want to alleviate suffering!" A more experienced clinician shared a perplexing truth with me: sometimes you can't, you can just sit with the person through it. Over the years I have been honored to hold space for my clients to share their stories of courage and pain. I started to see what she meant, and revised my motto: I want to alleviate suffering and when I can’t I want to create a soft place to land.
So, "Why therapy?” For all those who have forgotten their strength and just need a soft place to land. Using a blended approach of top therapy models, I partner with Clients to create lasting change and find freedom in ways that feel authentic to each person. Together we will learn new concepts, practice practical skills, and transform self-limiting patterns. Life can be hard. I want to help. Let’s talk!
My goal is to help clients learn skills to manage anxiety/ depression and, provide a warm therapeutic relationship that will stimulate healing. I provide a safe therapeutic environment where you can express your truth without judgment. As a team, you and I will work together to address the symptoms and develop positive coping strategies to utilize during challenging times.
I am a Mastered level clinician who studied psychology, and Mental Health counseling. I have experience working with adults, children, and adolescents in inpatient and outpatient services. Hi! My name is Sarah Silverman, I have been working in the field of mental health for over eight years. I have experience working in a variety of settings, but getting to work individually with clients in outpatient therapy is my absolute favorite. I am often described as having a calming and empathetic personality. In my spare time, I love spending time with friends, cuddling my two orange cats, trying out a new delicious food, reading, or playing video games.
Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania. I really enjoy helping people navigate the challenges of changing and maintaining roles in life---exploring young adulthood, finding and maintaining your own identity as a parent, how to create a life worth living in whatever stage you are in. I feel like I am very open, non judgmental, eager to learn, empathetic and understanding. And funny!
I am a gender affirming therapist. I am an ally in the LGB and TNC Communities, always keeping my eyes and ears open to find ways to improve my allyship. The current political climate is traumatic and oppressive to members of these Communities as well as many other Communities that are typically considered marginalized. I want to create space in session to discuss how that may be affecting you or retraumatizing you.
I am very comfortable with working with those who use self harm as a coping mechanism--there is no shame or expectation you must stop when you engage in therapy. I'm fine with talking about suicide, whether it's your own personal experience of trying to find a life worth living, your experience of supporting someone who lives with suicide in their life, or grief around experiences of suicide. I do not believe inpatient hospitalization is an effective treatment for those experiencing suicide and do everything I can as a therapist to keep people out of the hospital when in suicidal crisis.
I do believe therapy is political. I am social justice focused, continuing to do my own anti-racism work. I believe in Health at Every Size. I believe that our environment and what we experience in life has a profound affect on us and must be discussed in therapy.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults address their unique challenges and live more fulfilled lives. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and major life transitions.
I completed my Master's degree in Social Work at Millersville University, am trained in EMDR, parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), and have a certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I utilize multiple treatment approaches including Adlerian methods, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), Polyvagal Theory, and solution-focused therapy (SFT).
Life throws us all challenges and struggles that sometimes leave us feeling lost, confused, and alone. I'm confident that I would be able to support you on your journey to gain new perspectives and techniques that allow you to cope with whatever you may be struggling with. If you are ready to do the work, schedule an appointment with me today.
My name is David Lori. I have provided in-person and, over the past six years (telehealth) counseling to children, adolescents, and adults for over 25 years. I welcome new and returning clients into telehealth services. I believe it is important for individuals to feel supported, emotionally safe, and know that they are being heard and not judged. I have adopted various clinical approaches to my work with clients, including but not limited to Client-Centered, Solution-Focused, Existential, and Cognitive-Behavioral treatment. I encourage clients to drive treatment in terms of what is meaningful for them to discuss during sessions. I consider myself a grounded, genuine and welcoming therapist. I work to promote insights, effective coping skills, and growth for each individual served. In addition, I encourage clients to not only work towards managing symptoms but also what their struggles are attempting to inform them about the situations themselves.
Hi, I'm a licensed clinical social worker based in northeast Pennsylvania with over 25 years experience as a psychotherapist. I received my bachelors degree from Swarthmore College, my masters degree from Columbia University School of Social Work and I completed a post graduate fellowship in psychiatry at the Yale University Psychiatric Institute. Over the years I've worked with clients of all ages struggling with a wide variety of disorders. Primarily, I help adults 18+ who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and alcohol use disorders. I view our work together as a collaborative venture where I help you to identify troublesome thoughts and behaviors and replace them with positive ones. We will accomplish this utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and other forms of therapy as needed.
I'm a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. Over the past seven years, I've worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and family conflicts. Whether you're working through isolation, grief from divorce or separation, body image concerns, workplace challenges, or questions about forgiveness, I'm here to support you with genuine care and respect.
I create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences and strengths at your own pace. My goal is to help you develop meaningful insights and tools that support lasting change and growth.
If you're ready to take that first step toward healing, I'm honored to walk alongside you.
All behavior is purposeful. This means that we never do anything for no reason. Even when our behavior appears confusing or counterproductive to our values, our behavior has meaning and purpose. Therapy is a setting where we can gain insight about the origins of our perceptions, thinking and behavior. With clearer understanding, we are better equipped to identify factors within our control and consider alternative responses to our conditions. We gain awareness of the needs that are being met by potentially self-defeating thinking or behaviors and have a special opportunity to practice new thinking in the safety of therapy.

Life can be better and relationships more fulfilling. With support and guidance, you can build the life you want.
I have extensive experience in the fields of mental health and addictions, working with individuals seeking change and the loved ones who want to support them.
"One step, one step."
So, this is a phrase I often say. I use it as a reminder that we will move forward, heal, achieve our goals one step, one moment at a time. If we feel or see ourselves slip back....we reset. We move forward again one step, one step.
Wellness has always been a focus in my life's work. My expertise has allowed me to work with individuals from the African Diaspora, immigrant communities, various cultures, military and those diagnosed with chronic illness. I use a holistic approach, integrating modalities such as a Client-Centered approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused and Mindfulness to achieve your goals and build an empowered, stronger and healthier sense of self. I believe that collaborating with you as an individual, learning your strengths, challenges, and identifying key coping skills together we move towards your best strategies for wellness.
If you are feeling worried, depressed, scared, anxious, overwhelmed by circumstances in your daily life or new to therapy we can work together to find that balance you need.

As a clinician, my objective with you is simple--to help you understand how to prioritize yourself without guilt. In my sessions we explore the root causes of your self-abandonment, self-sabotage, and self-betrayal. From that root, we identify the repeating patterns that have arrested your emotional investment in yourself, your wellness, and your needs. We use all of that information to disrupt the behaviors that you've learned to keep you hushed, compliant and overlooked. Being able to name your emotions, your needs, and your experiences--whether they be anxiety, depression, life transitions & adjustments, dating--all of them require understanding how to identify, express, confront and process your emotions. In my practice, we don't just talk about your emotions and trauma--we do something about them.
I'm someone who tries to be as down to earth as I can be. My clients know that I'm "just a dude" who is trying his best to navigate life just like everyone else, and I bring this approach with me into the counseling space. I pride myself on being humble, understanding, and compassionate, and I try my hardest to make sure that my clients know they are valued.
Because of this, I try to be as flexible as I can be in my practice. I work nearly every evening and on weekends, because I value meeting people where they are and where they need me.
I work with populations of individuals struggling with addiction, bipolar, sexual identity concerns, depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and victims of trauma, among other diagnoses.
Hi there, I'm Kirsten!
Do you miss being in control of your emotions? Do you struggle with racing thoughts, a lack of motivation, or low self-confidence? Ready to make yourself a priority again? I am here to help! As a Licensed therapist (LPC) certified in dialectical behavior therapy (C-DBT) and specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma, I can help you get back into the driver's seat of your emotional roller coaster called life.
In addition, with my knowledge and experience of using the trauma recovery and empowerment model (TREM), I will be able to help you work through past experiences that are still a struggle today. I want to provide a safe space for you to be your most authentic self. Life can be hard, but you don't have to go through it alone.
I love mixing different types of therapy tools including mindfulness, psychoeducation, journaling techniques and much more! Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, self-confidence or life in general I will be able to provide evidence-based techniques for you to become the best version of yourself.
Hi, I'm Wendy.
Do you find yourself wondering if your relationship is healthy? Do you feel overwhelmed by daily tasks and have trouble remembering the last time things felt 'normal?'
Together, we'll explore the challenges that have gotten in the way of you living your best quality of life and getting the relationships with others that you deserve. I use an eclectic approach that starts with coaching and coping skills and reaches into the deeper issues that cause fear, loneliness, and frustration by combining interpersonal effectiveness, Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral methodologies with insight driven approaches such as relational therapy and trauma focused perspectives as needed.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with
Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. I have worked with individuals in relational and traumatic crises for over fifteen years. I use humor, optimism, compassion, and honesty to ease the awkwardness of therapy and guide people to embrace their worth, freeing them to find what they seek in others.
When we experience loss, unwanted change, or trauma it can shake our foundations and lead to pain, confusion, and heartache. While we can't prevent life from happening or undo what we've been through, my practice is based on a deeply held belief in the ability for all of us to heal and resume living with meaning and purpose. Recognizing where you're feeling blocked, stuck, or hurt will inform where we focus our efforts. Granting ourselves full permission to feel and express the depth of our feelings is instrumental to healing and growth.
My role is to bear witness to your experience while offering support and encouragement as you recognize and process your feelings. Through curiosity, presence, and attunement I seek to facilitate individual's getting back to living through effectively addressing, expelling, and moving past what has caused pain.
Owning how we feel without asking for permission, learning how to internally validate ourselves, and developing self regulation strategies will help when we experience intense challenges. We can learn to change our narratives and work towards unconditional self love and acceptance. Please trust yourself and your wisdom when doing healing work.
