Welcome — this is a space where you can be honest, seen, and understood. I’m Shakea “Kea” Roper, LCSW, and I bring 15 years of clinical and life experience to our therapeutic partnership. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened by cycles that just won’t shift — I see you. I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, racing or intrusive thoughts, life transitions, and relational struggle. My style is active, grounded, and rooted in both compassion and challenge. Many clients say: “Kea listens like no one else — and she’s not afraid to stretch me when I need it.” I integrate evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, Brief Therapy) along with more specialized models: Making Sense of Your Worth (MSoYW): an 8-week group curriculum developed by HALO Project where we explore and heal the internal “lies” we believe about ourselves, rebuild toward positive self-worth and secure attachment. Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT): a structured, cognitive-behavioral system where we work through step-by-step exercises to enhance reasoning, decision-making, and a healthier identity (beyond self-destructive or impulsive patterns). I also actively engage in community work, and I’m currently pursuing my doctorate (which continues to deepen my perspective and rigor). Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me at board game night, crafting, or spending time with family. It’s an honor to walk alongside you. Nelson Mandela said, “Everything seems impossible until it’s done.” Let’s work together toward the possible. I’m currently accepting clients in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Kansas, Utah, North Dakota, and Nevada.

Hi there, I am Rachel a licensed clinical social worker and therapist. Are you struggling to figure out the solution to your internal conflicts, but don’t know where to begin? You don’t like the way things are going, but have fallen into the cultural norm of just pushing through? Do you feel like you’re “just present” or on autopilot? Do you struggle to be intentional? Maybe it’s sleep deprivation from being awake all night with your newborn, the stress of your career is keeping you awake or even the struggle of balancing life, as they say “life keeps life-ing.” Let’s talk about it… My area of expertise includes pregnancy and postpartum support, conception, birth trauma, and loss. In addition, I work with clients experiencing fluctuating self-esteem, imposter syndrome, depression, anxiety and emotions surrounding intergenerational mobility (change in socioeconomic status/income) and generational trauma. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!

I grew up in Eastern Europe and moved to the USA as an adult. I speak Russian, Ukrainian, and English languages. I had to learn a whole new way of living, face my fears, and overcome many barriers and understand how important communication is in moving forward in life in the direction we want to go. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with many different people. I've counseled older adults, LGBTQ+, immigrants and refugees from all over the world. I believe in creating a warm and welcoming space where you can feel safe to share your thoughts and feelings, and I am here to help you feel understood and valued. I graduated with a Master's degree in Social Work from Edinboro University - now PennWest - in 2007, and I recently became certified in EMDR and member of EMDRIA (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) International Association. I am also certified in treating Insomnia with Cognitive-behavioral Therapy for Insomnia - CBT-I.

Hello, I am Kathleen. Do you feel overwhelmed, burnt out or pulled in a million different directions? Are you struggling with your relationships, work or health? Is it difficult for you to find time for yourself, let alone, be kind to yourself? Do you feel "stuck" and unable to move forward? Many of us are experiencing loneliness, depression, anxiety and social isolation, so it is important to make caring for yourself a priority. Therapy can help you feel more connected, balanced and peaceful. Together, we can help identify what is not working and regain a sense of balance. We'll use a holistic approach, addressing the needs of your body, mind and spirit. We will develop a "toolbox" of coping skills and create new insights and awarenesses to help you become a happier and healthier version of yourself. Seeking therapy can feel threatening but it's one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself and by doing so also give to others. In our sessions, I will meet you with kindness, compassion, humor and evidence-based modalities, so you can overcome obstacles and habits that may be holding you back. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, supportive and empathic environment in which to work through current issues, conflicting relationships and/or past pain. I look forward to meeting you and working together.

Born and raised in the inner city by a single mother and a large extended family, I noticed the needs of those that were mentally or physically diagnosed were often not met. Therefore, I began to inquire about what I needed to do in order to be a part of the solution. I began to work in the field and I have worked in Behavioral/Mental Health for close to 20 years. My experience covers a plethora of ages and diagnosis across many settings. My determination to treat and support those with mental health diagnosis during the pandemic inspired me to perform outpatient therapy via telehealth to adults and adolescents. I specialize in adults 25-55 with various diagnoses but primarily Anxiety, PTSD, trauma and Depression to name a few. I love to utilize CBT, CPT, trauma informed care (TIC) and Motivational Interviewing as treatment modalities.

I have worked in mental health for over 20 years. I received my BA in Psychology in 1994 and my Masters in Social Work in 1997. Since then, I have worked in various settings including the Behavioral Health System of Philadelphia, numerous behavioral health facilities which include psychiatric units, detox and rehabs, college counseling settings and in assisted living/nursing facilities with older adults. In 2013, I started an in person private practice and then made the jump to telehealth during the pandemic. I find that telehealth is much more accessible and convenient for clients as we are still able to do amazing work together! Do you ever feel stuck? Do you feel like nobody understands what you are going through? Do you feel like you have burdened friends and family with your worries even though you know they love you? Do you feel like you have the answers but nobody around you is listening? You do not have to have a major mental health diagnosis to go to therapy. You may be going through a life transition or having trouble communicating with others. You might be surrounded by others with deeper issues which is affecting your mental health. Or you might be suffering from anxiety, depression or past unresolved trauma. You might have disordered eating, obsessive-compulsive tendencies or an urge to use alcohol or drugs to self-medicate your pain. You might be coping in ways that aren’t healthy but that is how you learned to cope. A plan, specific actions and personalized strategies - This is what I give my clients to help them get unstuck, overcome suffering, and fully enjoy the important things in their life. The Bible, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and neuropsychology - The sources of wisdom I use to guide our plans and strategies. When life throws you for a loop, your mind and emotions are overwhelming and don't make sense, and you don't know what to do, you need someone who understands the mind and emotions, and how to tame them. I'm Dr. Matt Bridgman. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, a husband and father, and a clinical psychologist and board certified neuropsychologist. I have a Master's degree in Christian Leadership and a PhD in Clinical Psychology, both from Fuller Theological Seminary. I've been studying the human mind (mood, emotions, behavior, cognition) for over 20 years, through the lenses of God's Word and neuropsychology. I've helped thousands of people with mood/emotion and also cognitive troubles coming from many sources: depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, concussions and traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, stroke, and numerous other mental health, neurological, and physical health conditions. I've worked in community counseling centers, inpatient psychiatry units, big academic medical centers, small community hospitals, outpatient behavioral health clinics, neurology clinics, inpatient physical rehabilitation units, and VA medical centers. I'm excited now to be helping others through my own private practice. I help my clients not just through empathy and good listening, but through helping them understand their own mind better. I guide them through shaping and training their mind, overcoming suffering, and thriving in the process of it all.

A few moments to introduce myself. Professionally I am known as I. Barry Bell, Ph.D. I am a 73-year-old, male, Caucasian Clinical Psychologist who has been in practice for 39 years. I have worked in a variety of settings, in both in-patient psychiatric hospitals and out-patient clinical settings. I have also maintained my own private practice from September 2016 to the present. Prior to receiving my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 1985, I trained extensively as a Modern Dancer for 10 years. During these years I became deeply involved in emerging positive psychologies and Eastern/Buddhist/Taoist studies. This was the beginning of the interface between what is now referred to as Mindfulness based approaches to psychotherapy and Eastern philosophies, especially Buddhist. Mindfulness approaches to psychotherapy are now at the forefront of evidence-based interventions. I have spent more than the past 20 years studying and practicing the interface between psychotherapy and personal psychological growth. Over the years I have integrated various theoretical approaches, including depth psychodynamic theories. I will be happy to discuss my approach with you further should you choose to contact me to consider engaging in psychotherapeutic work with me.

I have always felt a deep connection to Human Services since the day my siblings came to me for advice on whatever problems they had. That personal experience fueled my pursuit of a career in counseling and therapy. My credentials include a Master's in Human Services, licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, National Certified Counselor certification, a Bachelor of Metaphysical Science, and Ph.D. candidate with an emphasis on relationship dynamics. For over 40 years, I have been blessed with opportunities to serve as a clinician across diverse settings, including Child Welfare, Criminal Justice, Education, the Corporate Sector, and Military Family Life (all branches). I pride myself in being an instrument that provides a genuine, safe space for clients to embrace who they are while welcoming change, operating with the core belief that “everything starts and ends with the individual". On a personal note, I have been married for the past 42 years to the most "incredible man" who is also my business partner, and I have 4 adult children with 4 grandchildren. **If my availability doesn't match the day or time you need, feel free to message me, and I will do my very best to accommodate you.

As a therapist, I aim to create a safe and warm environment that allows each individual to deepen self-understanding and achieve their goals in therapy. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaboration between therapist and client to work toward change. It is my goal to walk alongside clients as they navigate the delicate balance of acceptance and change in their lives. I have experience working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and relationship stressors. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I consider myself to be eclectic in my therapeutic approach by utilizing techniques from different modalities to meet each client’s individual needs. I have training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and The Gottman Method for couple's counseling. I am also a certified Symbis Facilitator for pre-martial counseling. I look forward to connecting with you as you take this next step.
