During my career in social work I have provided extensive service to individuals and families in crisis. This attention has supported them through a variety of circumstances and issues such as; domestic violence, substance abuse, homelessness, poverty, mental illness, racial bias, sexual identity and sexual orientation. The assistance that I am able to give to these populations’ helped ease the societal alienation that they felt as a result of their personal experiences, The focus is to help clients break through the individual barriers work on goals that are realistic and provide a foundation of stability, and hope. I also can bring experience and skills to the agencies that assist them. My skills include the knowledge to complete a through multidimensional/functional assessment, carry a personal client caseload, counseling them in individual, groups and family settings. My advocacy skills are strong and help individuals navigate through complex systems while providing opportunities for resources to enter their lives, as a result of networking with other agencies. My goal is to support confidence within clients to develop independent living skills, teach advocacy for their own well-being and families and encourage them to utilize community services. These skills are transferable to other professionals in the field by aiding them through supervision and/or training.

I’m Osvaldo Santiago, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut, with over 10 years of experience supporting adults on their path toward greater clarity, healing, and self-acceptance. My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, safe, and empowered, especially if you’ve felt overlooked, misunderstood, or disconnected in other parts of your life. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. I bring a calm, nonjudgmental presence to the therapy room, and I meet you where you are- whether you’re navigating anxiety, cultural identity stress, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, life transitions, or past trauma. In sessions, I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. These approaches offer structure and flexibility, helping us identify what’s getting in the way and build tools to support your growth and well-being. That said, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model, I stay adaptable and responsive to what you need most in the moment. Outside of therapy, I value the same things I support my clients in cultivating: meaningful relationships, mindfulness, resilience, and space to breathe. I believe in showing up fully, both as a clinician and as a human being, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate whatever comes next.

Art Therapy is to heal with art. A picture is worth a thousand words. In my 30 years experience as an Art Therapist iI have witnessed people heal with their art expressions. Art has a way of getting to the heart of the matter very quickly to foster self discovery, growth and healing. You do not need to be an artist to do art therapy. It's about the process not the product. It is creative and fun.

I am a clinician with twenty-five years of clincial experiences as a licensed mental health counselor. I have worked with families, caregivers, employees, and adults over 18 years old. I visited families in their homes over the years before doing telehealth visits on a permanent basis. I have extensive experience providing mindfulness behavioral therapy, solution-focused methods, CBT, and grief counseling. Over the years, I have learned valuable resources for stress reduction through grounding techniques using the breath and cognitive restructuring to produce a calmer state of being. I participated in an all-day training for clinicians to learn how to apply nature-based interventions and tools for individuals interested in this intervention. Evidence-based studies show how nature therapy reduces stress, heart rate, and blood pressure, and boosts positive moods. You can practice nature therapy in your house without having to go outside as well.

I’m really glad you’re considering therapy—it’s a powerful step toward understanding yourself and making positive changes. It’s completely normal to have questions or feel uncertain in the beginning. The most important part is that you’re open to exploring your thoughts and feelings in a safe, nonjudgmental space. I'm here to support you in whatever way is most helpful, whether that’s answering questions, helping you get started, or just listening. You don’t have to figure it all out at once—just taking this first step is already meaningful. I’m excited to get to know you better! In the meantime, here’s a little about me, and my professional experience and training. I think one of the biggest challenges, after taking that first brave step of reaching out, is to find a good therapist that you connect with. In my twenty-plus years of experience, the therapeutic relationship is the principal reason that therapy “works” or “doesn’t work.” My therapeutic style focuses on first developing a strong therapeutic alliance in which you feel emotionally safe and heard without judgment. You’ve already come to the conclusion that something in your life is not working, and my task is to help you to identify the ways in which you’d like things to be different. From there, together we can create realistic, achievable goals that support those changes and move you toward the life that you deserve. I have a large repertoire of strategies and interventions, which include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and motivational interviewing. Producing insights, strategies, and tools that you can use immediately is the goal of every interaction. I have extensive experience in trauma, anxiety, relationship issues (adult as well as parent-child), substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. I have found that many people experiencing trauma or anxiety are helped by a combination of mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy. This teaches them how to tolerate their intense feelings and how to reframe unhelpful thought patterns that keep them stuck. On a personal note, I have been a LMFT since 1997 and have worked with a variety of clients in many different settings. I work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Friday mornings. My latest appointment is 4:00PM ET When I’m not helping people, I can usually be found on the golf course. I look forward to helping you to make the changes you desire.

I'm self aware, having chosen a pathway of self exploration to become my best self. I am a survivor of my story, who has always known the importance of never surrendering to any situation life hands me. My resilience and positivity have guided my decisions to choose fighting like hell to be the greatest version of myself. I live passionately with growing self esteem as a result of having the highest priority on SELF LOVE. My treatment approach will always be action focused. Many clients that I have mentored with eating compulsions have had favorable outcomes as a result of our therapeutic relationship. I am a survivor of acting out with food, including a period of 17 years of battling bulimia, and a lifetime of searching for PEACE from food addiction. Since October 2004 I have lived in recovery, with no episodes of bulimic behaviors, and have a healthy relationship with food beyond my wildest dreams. I have found the PEACE I have been searching for which motivates me to help others to live in a healthy body. I have shared this struggle to allow you a deeper understanding of my personal story. I believe everything I have survived has provided life lessons that have humbled me and allowed me to see the humanity in everyone. We all possess so much untapped power that , if accessed, can help us achieve our goals and become the best version of ourselves! I have the skills to help you too, I believe that is why I'm here.

Hi, I’m Tiffany, a licensed clinical social worker who provides individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, grief, major life transitions, emotional overwhelm, low self-confidence, relationship difficulties, and challenges with boundaries or communication. My goal is to provide a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and explore the experiences that have shaped how you think, feel, cope, and connect with others. I understand that many people come to therapy after spending years taking care of everyone else, pushing through difficult situations, minimizing their own needs, or trying to hold everything together. You may appear strong and capable to others while privately feeling exhausted, disconnected, anxious, or unsure of what to do next. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and practical. We will make room to process difficult emotions while also identifying patterns, developing coping strategies, strengthening communication, and creating meaningful steps toward change. I believe therapy should provide more than a place to talk—it should help you understand yourself more clearly and use that understanding in your everyday life. Whether you are experiencing a recent challenge or working through patterns that have developed over many years, we will begin where you are and move at a pace that respects your needs. I currently provide individual psychotherapy for adults and am not accepting new couples or family therapy clients.

Deeply passionate about social justice and facilitating and guiding positive change and development in the lives of others, I am thrilled to connect with you as you begin your journey inward. Healing is truly the risk of showing up for yourself and your resistance to the temptation to go back to unsilenced needs, numbing out, disconnection, and erasure. As a Black, queer, non-binary, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Board Certified Diplomate (BCD) in Clinical Social Work, and Certified Sexuality Educator (CSE) with over 15 years of wide-ranging interdisciplinary experience in healing-centered and trauma-informed clinical practice, research, education, and servant leadership, I look forward to tailoring my approach to meet your needs and help you reach your goals.

Hi, and welcome—I'm so glad you're considering therapy as a step toward your self-development. My name is Elijah, and I identify as a first-generation, queer Black man. Holding these identities has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges that can come with seeking support for your mental health—especially when the process feels unfamiliar or overwhelming. Taking this step isn’t always easy, but it can be one of the most meaningful and empowering decisions you make. I specialize in working with high-performing individuals navigating depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I take your mental well-being seriously and stay up to date on evidence-based treatments and emerging tools. My goal is to integrate these strategies into our work in ways that help you feel confident, capable, and supported as you move toward lasting change. I approach therapy as a collaborative process—one where you feel seen, heard, and actively involved in your own growth. Depending on your needs, I draw from a range of treatment modalities to tailor our work together. If you're ready to start your journey toward a healthier, more grounded version of yourself, I'd be honored to support you along the way.
