Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in MA and NH . I have a master's degree from Boston University and have been working in the mental health field for 17 years. I have experience working with ages 16 and older dealing with depression, anxiety, life transitions, parenting, chronic illness, substance abuse, marital distress, self improvement, and grief and loss. I have a strong interest in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and Supportive Therapy

I am an older adult who has spent my life in service to others, and have now gained the education, licensing, and experience to continue my life of caring as a therapist. I am a mother and grandmother and share my living space with my cat, Chai. I have worked in Family & Children services, Emergency services, and in Addiction Treatment centers. I have extensive training and experience in helping people recover from trauma, both one-time events and complex events over time. I am familiar with and knowledgeable about cults and manipulative relationships that use undue influence and gas-lighting. I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and I've been working in the mental health field for ten years. I graduated from Simmons College in 2017 and am currently licensed in Massachusetts and Vermont. I help people of all ages and identities make the changes they need in their lives to be happier.

I am 36 yo with a complex mental health history of my own. I use my life experiences and what has worked for me and former clients to help whatever situation you are stuck in. Therapy to me is a joint effort between client and therapist that is constantly re-evaluated to make sure we are on track to the desired result. If I am currently not accepting clients, please check back in a week; clients are always stopping or graduating, leaving openings again.
