I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and the University of Mobile with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. I grew up in Los Angeles, Ca., completed my Master of Social Work at Fordham University in the Bronx, NY., and currently reside in Ocala, Fl. As an LCSW I treat clients from across the lifespan with varying therapeutic needs by applying an integrative approach to treatment. Some of my areas of experience include treating family systems and individuals navigating intergenerational trauma, parents and children dealing with challenging behavior, neurodivergent populations, and individuals with a desire to better understand themselves and the maladaptive behaviors causing distress, mood issues, and anxiety. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient environments. I offer individual, self-pay only couples counseling, and Board of Nursing evaluations. Individual counseling is billed through insurance or self-pay at $100 per hour. Couples counseling is $150 per hour. Board of Nursing evaluations are billed out-of-pocket due to the extensive paperwork/correspondence involved. However, follow-up visits can be billed through insurance if I am in-network with your insurance company. There is a no-show fee of $100. There is a late cancellation (less than 24 hours) fee of $100. EFT uses acupressure (done by the client) and cognitive interventions to provide fast and effective relief.
