My name is Tiffany Fisher and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change—helping you move toward greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of self. I draw from DBT, CBT, and psychodynamic therapy, along with a humanistic perspective, to meet each client where they are. Together, we’ll explore underlying patterns, build practical coping skills, and develop a deeper understanding of your emotions and experiences.
I am an LMHC and NCC. I have been passionate about helping people for as long as I can remember. When I was eight years old, I remember begging my mother to let me start an advice column in the local newspaper. She did not, but that never stopped me from listening to my friends around me and trying to help them solve their problems. I knew I wanted to turn this into a career! In learning about what therapists do, I knew this was the right move for me! While therapists aren’t advice givers, I absolutely love being a soundboard for individuals and helping them live their best lives; lives they often never thought they could live. I am very passionate about helping people achieve the possible.
Much of my professional experience includes a vast range of ages including children, adolescents, young adults, and seniors. I value the importance of community connections by reducing the stigma of mental health in organizations as well as stress reduction techniques. I enjoy working with couples, and families who are struggling in communication. I specialize in overcoming life difficulties including trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, ADD/ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, coping skills, self-esteem, infertility, family conflict and unexpected birthing outcomes. As well as overcoming perinatal/ maternal post-partum disorders.
I am a compassionate bilingual licensed clinical social worker who has served the SWFL community for over 16 years. She is also a qualified supervisor and a mentor for those seeking clinical supervision for licensure. Carolina Ferrer is a unique psychotherapist who incorporates, body, mind and body practices as well as group meetings connections

Thank you very much for checking here; I am honored to serve you. My 17+ years of experience includes many years of counseling and listening, across various cultures, ages and personal client needs, with a few years as adjunct professor at Louisiana State University, Shreveport, LA: 3 years of work as a patient counselor in a hospital psychiatric unit, and 3 years of practice in a pediatric clinic. My current solo practice is empathetic, accepting and non-judgmental, having also practiced as an EAP (employee counselor) in a very large hospital and city system, in which I was required to see anyone for any situation or issue they may bring to counseling. This unique opportunity provided me with insights and understanding of people beyond my own personal scope of experience. I believe this has made me more sensitive to the needs, hurts and stress of the various clients I serve. I am generally available 6 days a week for appointments, because I really do enjoy my practice and my clients. I am licensed in Louisiana, Oregon and Florida and serve clients in those states, as well as in overseas countries.
I am old enough to enjoy my 6 children, 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchild, together with my wife in a delightful sharing relationship. This creates a relaxed, accepting and strong relationship and family foundation for your counseling needs. My personal strengths hopefully convey to you a caring and positive mindset as we work together.
My hobbies are sailing, backpacking, snow skiing and cooking (especially apple pies:)
Hope to hear from you soon!
