Hi! I'm Angelica. If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed and unsure about the future, let's talk. I help women and men learn how to be comfortable in their own skin so that anxiety does not dictate their success. Together, we can begin to identify the causes of your anxiety and work on overcoming them. If you are dealing with relationship issues, work issues, major life changes or feelings that nothing will ever change or improve, I'd like to help you to start feeling better. While meeting with me, you will have a non judgmental space to talk about what you are thinking and feeling. I approach the therapy process with empathy, cognitive behavioral techniques and solutions. I look forward to getting to know you!

Many people struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, navigating friendships, connecting with your partner or building stronger family dynamics, but I am here to help. No matter how big or small the problem is, no one should face life challenges alone. I would be happy to be part of your journey of healing, seeking self-acceptance and optimal fulfillment to live your best life. My hope for our work together is that you complete therapy with a better understanding of self, emotions, behaviors and a unique toolbox to manage any stressors. I utilize person-in-environment approaches, where we are able to look at how the different domains of life are impacting you and vice versa. As a therapist, I am collaborative, exploratory, and realistic, which also means that I will challenge you to expand your perspective about yourself, emotions, thoughts, behaviors, relationships, family dynamics, etc. Being vulnerable is scary! In my practice, I view therapy as a collaborative process, where you are the expert of your life and experiences and I can help you to figure out where you want to go and how you want to get there. I welcome you to ask as many questions as possible to see if I am the right therapist for you. Nothing is off the table!

I have spent years working with individuals and helping them through addiction, trauma, anxiety and every day troubles. Often co-occurring disorders such as codependency and depression live just under the surface and make it hard to sustain a life of meaning and purpose. When these issues are addressed, true healing is possible. I love to assist people in discovering their true self by working through their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. My practice incorporates the behavioral sciences by utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavior therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy in order to promote emotional healing and spiritual wholeness. I am caring, compassionate, and a very good listener. I am a Christian, wife of a Veteran, mother, and grandmother. My heritage is Caribbean-American. I grew up in South Florida with four sisters and two brothers. I was very independent at a very young age and willing to help out wherever. I decided to grow my family before pursuing a career. I decided to pursue a career in the mental health field because of a family member being diagnosed with a severe mental health disorder. I earned my AA in Psychology, then a dual degree in Psychology and Behavioral Science. After my undergrad, I went on to receive my master's in social work. I have worked with Veterans, homeless, hospice, young adults, children, elders, couples and individuals with severe mental health diagnoses. Thank you for taking time to learn a little about me. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addictions Professional with over 28 years of counseling experience in clinical, private and educational settings. I practice Client-centered therapy. For those who are unfamiliar with Client-centered therapy it is based on the practice that the CLIENT is best able to decide what to explore and mark as a goal of treatment. I empower all my clients without compromising empathy. Whatever the reason any individual, couple, or family comes to me, I challenge their skillset to solve problems and restore resolve; not simply provide short-term solutions. The first step to achieve this is to build a rapport with essential empathy and unconditional positive regard. I believe in relationships. Seems a little elementary but one's physical, mental, and overall wellness is dependent on relations that we have with each other. No matter how large or small one's family is, and/or social circle we were all meant to establish and grow relationships. No level of true self-reflection would escape this fact. I witnessed this to be true in all of my clients as with myself. I currently reside Central Florida with my wife, son, and three daughters. As a family we enjoy an active lifestyle supportive of one another and the family dynamic. I welcome the opportunity to work with you, feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

My doctoral research areas were Case Conceptualization and Attachment/Adult Psychopathology and I have served as an adjunct professor in clinical mental health My counseling style is warm and interactive. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, psychodynamic and developmental based counseling. I am well trained in other modalities as well. I understand that it takes courage to seek help, and it's not easy to face fear. I do not believe that "you are your diagnosis". Rather, I will view you "as a a unique individual facing some challenges". My background and training is unique, and I think you will find that I see things very differently than most clinicians. Welcome! I’m Dr. Judge, a psychotherapist specializing in women’s mental health. If you’ve been carrying the emotional weight of motherhood, relationships, or simply trying to hold everything together, I want you to know you are not alone. I understand the words "I'm tired of being strong!" I offer a safe, compassionate, faith-centered space where you can finally exhale, feel understood, and begin healing. Alongside my clinical training, I bring personal understanding shaped by marriage, divorce, motherhood, and the heartbreak of miscarriage. I know life can leave you feeling exhausted, disconnected, and overwhelmed by pain no one else fully sees. I believe God meets us tenderly in those hardest moments and restores our strength. My goal is to help you feel grounded, supported, and renewed in mind, body, and spirit. I specialize in working with women who often appear capable, organized, and “on top of things” externally, while internally feeling anxious, emotionally drained, and overwhelmed. Many of the women I work with are balancing the invisible mental load of motherhood, work, and relationships while quietly struggling with burnout, identity loss, loneliness. In our work together, I help you slow down and understand what is happening beneath the surface. Many women arrive feeling constantly “on” mental overload, emotionally depleted, or unable to rest. A central focus of my work is helping you reconnect with yourself. Therapy becomes a space where you no longer have to ignore your own needs or carry everything by yourself. Together, we explore who you are now, what you need, and how to create a life that feels more peaceful, balanced, and emotionally fulfilling. Therapy with me is a supportive space where you are deeply seen, heard, and cared for. You do not have to keep struggling alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.

Welcome! I am Carolyne Cole, a marriage and family counselor. I specialize in marriage and family therapy. I also work with young adults and seniors who are bravely taking steps toward bringing positive change into their lives. My approach to therapy is pretty eclectic. I use principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy will help you shut down unhelpful distortions about yourself and provide personal coping strategies that will support problem-solving in your life. Narrative Therapy will help you identify your values and skills so that you can use them to confront current and future challenges. I also offer spiritual counseling if you are seeking to explore or solidify your spiritual beliefs. I am also a Certified Grief Therapist. I began my calling in mental health following my retirement from a 35 year career in education. I am a published author and I hold a master’s degree in American Studies, and I have earned the distinguished National Board Certification in English Education. I have taught in public and private schools, community colleges, and universities in both Florida and Eastern Europe. All these experiences have widened my understanding and make it easier to relate to a variety of people and cultures. It also makes it easy for me to connect with you. I am a native Floridian, married for 44 years to a former University of South Florida professor, so I understand what it means to live life and overcome challenges in the Sunshine State. My heart is to support you wherever you are on your journey, ease your worries about the future, and give you practical tools to heal.

Hello, I am Teresa! Are you looking for a therapist who will help you find a better balance in your life? If that sounds like you, I am the Therapist for you! I believe in the importance of building rapport with clients. I want my clients to feel as comfortable as possible, and I do my best to achieve this by using a client-centered approach. I use a balanced approach that allows my client to work through current and past issues that are preventing them from moving forward. I tend to use a Cognitive Behavioral approach with an emphasis on Mindfulness. However, I believe in utilizing an approach that is best for my client this may also include Dialectical Behavioral or Solution Focused therapies. Little about your therapist...I have been in the counseling field for over 20 years. I have worked with individuals (ages 5 and up), couples and families. I received my Masters's Degree in Counseling from Webster University in 2004. I have worked in various settings such as community mental health, public/private schools and private practice.

Thank you for taking the time to learn about me. Whether you are exploring therapy for yourself or as a couple, for the first time or returning to it, let us acknowledge the courage and humility it takes to seek support outside of yourself - a powerful step toward healing, growth, and change. You may be navigating stress, loss, disconnection, conflict, anger, depression, anxiety, a difficult event, or living with trauma. You may already have insight into your challenges and are looking for the right support to nudge you forward. You are here. I have been a mental health service provider since 2004, after earning my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida. I'm currently pursuing a doctorate in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at Nova Southeastern University, where my research focuses on relational resonance, relationships, and reconciliation in conflict resolution. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based practices, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance & Commitment, Mindfulness, Interpersonal, Humanistic and Client-Centered, Psychodynamic therapeutic modalities, among others. While theory and technique are crucial, I believe the heart of therapy lies in genuine human connection. I sit with you. I listen to understand your unique lived experiences. I support you. Through questioning, you are guided to the answers you seek; with your permission, I offer different perspectives and encouragement as you do the meaningful work of change. We build a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, honesty, and collaboration. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your path to greater well-being.

Sometimes life blows up in a way you never saw coming. A relationship ends. Someone lies to you. Trust gets shattered. You lose someone you love. Anxiety starts taking over your brain. Or you wake up one day and realize the life you thought you were building is not the life you actually have. A lot of the people I work with are functioning just fine on the outside while internally thinking, What the hell just happened to my life? They're replaying conversations, second-guessing themselves, trying to make sense of someone else's behavior, wondering whether they missed something, and feeling completely exhausted by their own thoughts. You don't need to show up with a diagnosis or a beautifully organized explanation of what's wrong. You can bring the messy version. I'm not a therapist who is going to sit silently for 50 minutes, nod occasionally, and then ask how that made you feel. I am engaged. I ask questions. I notice patterns. I will tell you what I'm seeing. I will validate what deserves validation, and I will also challenge you when I think you are getting stuck, avoiding something important, or being much harder on yourself than the situation actually calls for. There is room here for grief, anger, confusion, ugly truths, dark humor, bad decisions, overthinking, faith, and the occasional sentence that starts with, "I know this sounds crazy, but..." I work especially well with adults dealing with anxiety, grief, heartbreak, betrayal, complicated relationships, and major life changes. What happened matters. But I do not want the worst thing that happened to you to become the organizing principle for the rest of your life.
