My approach is grounded in deep listening and curiosity—I help clients slow down and make sense of their inner experience, uncovering patterns that may have once been protective but now feel limiting. Together, we create room for new ways of relating—to yourself, to others, and to your story. Healing, in my work, begins with being deeply seen and understood.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and clinical hypnotherapist specializing in life success for all ages. The more you look into the darkness, the lighter it becomes. This is my life statement. I have seen the darkest times, and the worst of times, and have experienced personal failures in life. When I speak with clients it is from a place of empathy, understanding, compassion, and non-judgment. No one promised this life of ours would be easy, but I can promise to serve you as you work towards healing yourself. I believe that you are the expert yourself, and I am just a guide here to show you some of the tools, skills, and therapeutic approaches I have acquired.
