I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in practice for 24 years. I have worked with all ages of clients and enjoy working with people to help them realize that we are all dealing with something and sometimes we need help from another to gain a different perspective, especially when overwhelming situations arise. Together, we can come up with a treatment plan that will guide us together to help you approach situations you are dealing with in a different way.

Sometimes people experience emotional problems (e.g., anxiety, depression), behavioral problems (e.g., overeating, smoking), or relationship problems (e.g., excessive arguing, poor communication) that interfere with their daily functioning. These difficulties result from the interaction of biological, learning, behavioral, and environmental factors, which influence patterns of thinking and behaving. Negative life events can contribute to the development of self-defeating patterns of thinking and behaving, which some people can have difficulty changing. In my work, which I have been practicing for 42 years, I help people identify these self-defeating patterns and develop strategies for dealing with them. I emphasize the importance of practicing these strategies consistently, with the goal of handling emotions more effectively and behaving in more responsible and healthy ways. I focus on life pattern changes with respect to relationships, depression, anxiety, anger control, impulse control, and stress management.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices that empower clients to better understand their experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I integrate several therapeutic modalities in my work, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based approaches. Hi, I am Dr. Rolanda Harris. I hold a Doctorate in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Alabama and Florida, as well as a Qualified Supervisor in Florida. I am the owner of Intentional Counseling and Consulting, LLC. I have 24 years of experience supporting and empowering individuals to navigate and cope with life's challenges. I am an intentional counselor who proactively plans my interactions and interventions based on a clear understanding of your situation and desired outcomes. I aim to understand your needs, strengths, and values to create a personalized plan that aligns with your goals and fosters positive change. Intention is more than wishful thinking; it is willful direction.
As an intentional counselor, I have had the privilege of working with chronically and terminally ill patients and their families, supporting them as they manage the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual impact of their illness. I have experience working with college students needing support adjusting to college life, building confidence, navigating social situations, and managing stress and anxiety. I have spent years walking with bereaved individuals as they process intense emotions, attempt to understand the grieving process, and find meaning after loss. It has been an honor to support elderly individuals managing grief, the fear of mortality and aging, adapting to retirement, addressing social isolation, and experiencing a range of mental health challenges. I have also had the pleasure of supporting single mothers as they navigate the emotional impact of motherhood, mental health issues, financial stress, and building a support system.
In my practice, I do not rely solely on one specific theory, but rather draw upon different theoretical perspectives. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Reminiscence Therapy, and Grief Therapy.
I’m Joy Washington, a clinical social worker and psychotherapist. I specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based support to adults navigating chronic stress, health challenges, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, grounded in respect, and focused on helping you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change. I've worked in mental health for over 20 years, and throughout that time I’ve always been drawn to helping people take care of themselves and make sense of their emotions. Supporting others through hard moments feels like meaningful, purpose-driven work for me. I’m passionate about creating a space where people can heal and grow.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted from constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs. If you’re caring for an aging parent, spouse, or another loved one over the age of 18, you don’t have to carry that stress alone.
My name is Clint, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Florida and Alabama. I specialize in supporting caregivers of older adults and individuals with disabilities over the age of 18 who may be struggling with burnout, anxiety, guilt, stress, or feeling emotionally drained.
As a former primary caregiver for my father, I understand firsthand the emotional and practical challenges caregiving can bring. Balancing medical appointments, family responsibilities, work demands, and the emotional weight of supporting a loved one can leave little time to care for yourself. Since 2011, I’ve worked alongside caregivers and families to help reduce burnout, build healthier boundaries, improve coping skills, and create more balance in daily life.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on practical tools you can use outside of sessions. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and supportive therapy to help clients manage stress, navigate difficult emotions, and reconnect with their own well-being.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. The first session is simply an opportunity for us to talk about what’s been weighing on you and explore whether working together feels like a good fit — with no pressure or expectations.
If you’re ready for support, I’d be honored to work alongside you.
I am passionate about developing safe, meaningful relationships to help you explore challenging belief systems that may be getting in the way of you becoming and feeling your best self. I have over 20 years of experience working with youth and adults. My passion is helping women through varying life transitions to become overcomers of their circumstances. Through a variety of therapeutic modalities, individualized to meet your needs, I can help you transform thought patterns that may be leading to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or that may have resulted from trauma, grief and loss, etc. I enjoy helping women find a work/life balance as well as helping mothers looking to build stronger relationships with their children.
I love building relationships with people; therefore through a strength-based and collaborative approach, we will work together to identify tools that will help improve your ability to communicate with others, strengthen relationships, and build skills.
Hi, I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping individuals navigate stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions by providing practical tools and empathetic guidance. My goal is to empower you to build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and create meaningful changes that support a healthier and more balanced life.

I founded Chaos Therapy around a simple but radical idea: life is chaotic, the goal isn't to eliminate the chaos from our existence but to find order within it. My approach is integrative and intentionally anarchistic; there's no rigid script or one-size-fits most protocol. Our sessions are collaborative, adaptive, and real.
I'm not your typical therapist, and that's by design. With over 20 years in social services, I've worked alongside people in some of the most demanding, complex, and often overlooked corners of human experience, in-patient and in-home therapy, homeless outreach, academic research, and private practice. That breadth isn't just my resume, it's shaped how I think about healing.
If you've been told you're too much, too complicated, too sensitive, too far gone, then you are exactly who I built my practice for.
Anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma can leave you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck. Whether you're navigating stress, divorce, family conflict, or other significant life changes, therapy can help you build the tools and confidence to move forward.
I'm Monique, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Anxiety Treatment Professional, and Mindfulness Practitioner. I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy using a holistic, systemic approach that recognizes the connection between your relationships, experiences, and emotional well-being. I specialize in treating anxiety, trauma, OCD, relationship and family concerns, conflict, crisis, divorce, adjustment issues, and life transitions. I work with adults and college students, creating a safe, collaborative, and supportive environment where you can feel heard and empowered.

Welcome, I am Feven!
Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I help individuals manage anxiety, depression and burnout. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach; addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit.
I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the different challenges they face and build coping skills to create more fulfilling and holistic life experiences. From my journey, I can personally attest to the power of support, in its many forms. This support goes beyond clients I service but also to their families and communities. I believe that mental wellness isn’t just individualistic; but includes the ecosystem surrounding the person. My praxis acknowledges and aims to support the village needed by all.
I’m also passionate about the transformative impact of safe and brave spaces for those who often experience exclusion. My career has afforded me opportunities to build trust with LGBTQ+, Black, Indigenous, Latina/o/x, and Refugee communities across the nation. It is a personal privilege to center wellness and holistic care for all as ‘self-care is a radical form of resistance.’
Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, trauma, PTSD, self-acceptance, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion, empathy and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back.
Let's work together!
My name is Bill Massey and I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in
west central Georgia and east central Alabama. I graduated from the University of Georgia's MSW program in 1993 and became an LCSW in 1996. I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and residential services as well.
I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons.
With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia.
I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.
I am a therapist who has a passion for helping others break free from burdens. I believe our deepest secrets can be blockages to moving forward in life.
