(he/him)
Are you struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, panic attacks, addiction, or insomnia? I am a dedicated, compassionate provider board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner focused on helping you overcome personal challenges and achieve lasting wellness. I earned my doctorate from the University of Texas at Arlington and has dedicated over 14 years to clinical specialization in psychiatry. I believe that collaborative care, where patients actively participate in their treatment plans, yields the best outcomes. Your mental health is my priority. My availability is 7/7, and some days after hours until 9 PM. I offer more scheduling flexibility for working people.
Please complete your intake form in advance. During our first visit, I'll conduct a full mental health assessment with questions about your medical and mental health history. Together, we'll work toward an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan, which may require multiple appointments.
I combine medication management with supportive therapy, treating the whole person rather than just symptoms. Using cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, psychoeducation, and motivational interviewing, I tailor each treatment plan to your unique needs and empower you as an active participant in your care. My strengths include patience, active listening, and empathy, along with extensive knowledge in ADHD assessment and available treatment alternatives. I create a warm, compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. My empathetic, collaborative approach balances expertise with emotional intelligence. Through psychoeducation and active listening, I build mutual trust and respect, helping you feel comfortable and empowered to achieve your goals.
I have vast experience in treating children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and veterans managing depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, eating disorders, psychotic disorders, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders. I specialize in medication-assisted treatment for addiction to stabilize chronic relapse patterns.

I chose this Dr based off of his credentials which matched a lot of the things I needed help with. I felt like he could help me in any way I need. After speaking with him, I feel so much relief and I am very much looking forward to speaking with him next week.

I chose this particular doctor mostly because I am seeking for the best care. After reading over his bio I felt that he had above and beyond credentials and would likely be a very good fit for me. I am happy with his approach in our treatment plan and I look forward to our next appointments as we dive into my treatment plan and overall well being.
