New to Grow
I’m a Los Angeles–based Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping people create meaningful, lasting change. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because I believe in practical tools, clear strategies, and empowering clients to understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My path into this work was shaped by the hardships I witnessed and experienced growing up. Back then, I didn’t even know therapy was an option—let alone a resource that could make life feel lighter and more manageable. That gap in awareness is what drives me today. I’m committed to being the kind of support I wish I’d had, and to helping clients feel seen, understood, and equipped with real skills to move forward. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I bring a grounded, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach. I love helping people recognize their strengths, build resilience, and feel more in control of their lives. If you’re ready to start your journey, I’m here to walk with you—one step at a time.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session will be about getting to know each other and establishing a structure and expectations for our time together.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I like to believe that I do well with building rapport. I am very reflective and I have a great sense of humor.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I enjoy working with individuals who like being challenged, who like analyzing their thoughts and feelings and actions and those who could appreciate being called out (respectfully)
