When we share time during our first session we will begin the journey of building trust and discuss what's been on your mind and heart that's impacting how you present to the world. Each person is different so I spend time holding space , listening to your needs and walking towards discovery of what is best for you moving forward in a therapeutic space.

We work together to guide you toward creating a life that serves you well and promotes emotional health, spiritual health and their mental health.
