Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my Masters from the University of Southern California and have been practicing for 10 years. I help adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. Patients have learned to monitor their mood and triggers and to control and stop their anxiety, depression, and panic attack symptoms. Patients have learned to improve their communication skills, set limits and boundaries, do relaxation exercises, practice self-care, practice mindfulness, and use adaptive thinking strategies to reframe their thinking issues.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with adults in the past 10 years, I've developed a program for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I love working with adults, who are battling depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. My clients are eager to improve but lack the tools to manage their moods. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious about their careers.

CBT is a very effective treatment for anxiety, depression, and panic attacks. During the CBT, the unhealthy thinking patterns that create anxiety are identified and challenged.
